DRDO Successfully Tests K-5 SLBM Stage-2 Motor: DRDO
successfully conducted a static test of the stage 2 motor of the 5,000 km range
K‑5 submarine‑launched ballistic missile. The motor uses advanced high‑density
composite propellant and dual actuator vector control for underwater trajectory
correction. The test showed zero deviation from design goals.
