Dhani Ram Mittal, you may have heard this name too, because he is considered to be the most cunning thief in India. A thief who fraudulently sat on the judge's chair for two months and delivered judgments. I think he is/was ( ? ) a very cunning person. So let's know some special things about this thief.

It is said that Dhani Ram Mittal made theft his profession at the age of 25. In the year 1964, he was caught by the police for the first time while stealing. Currently, he is about 80 years old. As per report in ‘MONEY CONTROL’ —he died of Heart Attack.

It is said that he is the only thief to be arrested the largest number of times in the history of theft. He was last arrested for stealing in the year 2016. However, he escaped by dodging the police. It is said that Dhani Ram has stolen more than a thousand vehicles, and could sold them so far. The most important thing is that this thief commits theft only in broad daylight.

In his lifetime, it is reported, he was arrested over 300 times, and got out.

There is an interesting story related to Dhani Ram Mittal. Many years ago he was arrested and presented in court. Since the judge at that time had seen him in his court many times, he got so irritated at the very sight of him that he  ordered him  to go out of his court. After this, Dhaniram got up to leave. The two policemen who had accompanied him also got up and accompanied him. But he disappeared from there. When his name was called in the court, the police got nervous because he had already fled. It is said that he had told the policemen that the Judge Sahab had already asked him to leave.

It is said that Dhani Ram Mittal had also studied LLB. Apart from this, he had also obtained a degree in handwriting expert and graphology. He had obtained these knowledge, and skill to carry out his thefts. With the help of these skills, he used to steal cars, prepared fake documents, and sold them.

The most interesting and strange feat of Dhani Ram is that he used to deliver judgments while sitting on the judge's chair for two months and no one even knew about it. I don’t know anyone in the world has achieved such a feat. He had sent the Additional Sessions Judge of Jhajjar Court of Haryana on leave for about two months by making fake  order document,  and he occupied on the judge's chair. He must have faked a ‘Transfer Document’ in his name. It is said that in these two months, he had released more than 2000 criminals on bail, but he had also sent many to jail by his decisions. However, when the matter was revealed later, he had already fled from there. After this, the criminals whom he had released on bail were again caught and put in jail.

Dhaniram has left a powerful signature in Criminals’ legacy.
