RETURN OF TASLEEMA IN BENGAL SARASIJ MAJUMDER Tasleema Nasreen is a free thinker, and writer who borne in erstwhile East Pakistan, but banished from Bangladesh for her bold, factual, and truthful narration of Muslim social and economic crimes on minority Hindu Bengalis, who fought shoulder to shoulder in “MUKTI YUDDHA’—but became victim in the new borne state, which once declared it a Secular country. But—soon Bangladesh became ISLAMIST PAKISTAN NUMBER—2. Hunted in her own HOMELAND, she escaped for life. CATCHING THE WILD PIG

CATCHING THE WILD PIG

AN ANALOGY :INDIAN DEMOCRACY

SARASIJ MAJUMDER

"Remove one freedom per generation. Soon you will have no freedom left and no one would have even noticed.”

I don’t remember who said it. May be Stalin, or Hitler—but that doesn’t matter. Read the story below:

Teacher (T):"Do you know how to catch wild Pigs ?"

The students (S) thought it was a joke and waited.  The  teacher  said that it was no joke at all.

 Teacher continued:-

"You catch wild Pigs by finding a suitable place in the woods and putting Corn on the ground. The Wild Pigs find the Corn and begin to come every day to eat the Free food.

When they are used to coming every day, you put a fence on one side of the place where they are used to coming regularly.

At first, the Wild Pigs are scared, but when they get used to the fence, they begin to eat the corn again and you put up another side of the fence.

They get used to that and start to eat again. You continue until you have all four sides of the fence up with a gate in the last side.

The Pigs, which are used to the Free Corn, start to come through the gate to eat that Free Corn again. Then you slam the gate on them and catch the whole herd.

Suddenly, the wild Pigs have lost their freedom. They run around inside the fence, but they are caught. Soon they go back to eating the Free Corn.

They are so used to it that they have forgotten how to forage in the woods for themselves, so they accept their captivity and they are slaughtered thereafter."

The students said that that is exactly  happening in Indian Democracy today.

Teacher nodded.

The Governments keep pushing the people towards Socialism and keep spreading the Free Corn out in the form of programs such as Free Rations, Free Electricity, Tax credits, Caste Benefits, Farm subsidies, Welfare Schemes, Free entitlements, Free medicines, while the people continually lose their freedom, just a little bit at a time."

And  we vote for the same Government, again, and again. Two times, Three times…

This happened with WEST BENGAL, DELHI, AND started with PUNJAB. And is still happening.

One should always remember a simple Truth:

There is no such thing as a Free Lunch!

If you believe in that, someday you, or your next generation will find  that the gate is shut!

Most of the problems we are facing today, are  because the people who work for a living are now outnumbered by those who vote for a living...!

FAMILIAR...??  THINK!!   ACT. YOU CAN SAVE THE COUNTRY.
