BHARAT RATNA MY ARGUMENT, Mr. P.M. Sunil Gavaskar has recently stated that Bharat Ratna to be awarded   to Rahul Dravid, citing his achievement in leading the Indian Cricket team to victory in the T20 World Cup as a coach.   This statement   should be reviewed more critically. Mr. GAVASKAR—Please Look beyond CRICKET. Why only Rahul Dravid, and why only cricket players? Since Sachin Tendulkar received the Bharat Ratna, cricket fans and players are eagerly anticipating who might be the next. He is the only sports person who got Bharat Ratna. Many argue that Sachin inspired the entire nation towards cricket and thus deserved the honour. If that's the case, PV Sindhu also inspired many young girls to play badminton. Her influence led to a surge in interest and participation in badminton across India. Surely, in the same logic—she is also a CANDIDATE. Strongest is the case is for   our Chess Prodigy, in my opinion .   Viswanathan Anand has been a significant inspiration

THE THREE CHINA POLICY INDIA SHOULD TAKE BOLD STAND SARASIJ MAJUMDER After beaten and mauled badly in 1962, Bharat has been carefully defensive against China. Against Chinese intrusions on the Line of Actual Control and in Arunachal Pradesh, the traditional action of India government was limited to PROTEST only.. China never cared about our sensibilities and continued expanding its borders into Bharat, biting bit by bit. Methodology was, and is   simple, but effective--- advance some BAKRIWALAS (human   Shepherds) in Indian area. They will setup a temporary settlement. India notice, but ignores….China follows with   build army infrastructure behind. And a part of pure INDIAN territory suddenly becomes a part of “DISPUTED AREA”. I CAN ONLLY HATE A COUNTRY WHO GRABS LAND THIS WAY. Then Galwan happened.  On June 15 2020, our soldiers killed more than 80 Chinese troops in Galwan Valley  and told Beijing that any such intrusions would be dealt with more than a belt treatment.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATON   BANGLADESHI MUSLIMS A BURNING PROBLEM SARASIJ MAJUMDER ROUTE: Taki is a city and a municipality under Hasnabad police station of Basirhat subdivision in North 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal. Refer MAP. Taki is known for its sweets called "Chhanar Malpoa". Other than local Kali Puja, Durga Puja, etc. this place has become a tourist picnic spot beside the Ichamati river due to the international border between India and Bangladesh. On the opposite side of the river Ichamati is Bangladesh. Many Bangladeshis have crossed over to Taki, in course of time,   where they live in mud/ thatched houses, and provide various services. If you look at the MAP, entire WEST BANK of ICHAMATI RIVER is WESTBENGAL,   India, and accessible by BANGLADESHI MUSLIMS using boats from east bank of river, which is BANGLADESH. Once they land in TAKI, or any other town/ village adjacent to the west bank of   River, their life is made..   Once

SCHEME:AGNIPATH SARASIJ MAJUMDER   A. ORIGINAL SCHEME: The 'AGNIPATH' scheme opens the way for recruitment of about 45,000 soldiers into Army, Navy and Air Force in the first year but on a short-term contract of four years. After the completion of the contract, 25% of them will be retained and the rest will leave the forces. It allows patriotic and motivated youth to serve in the Armed Forces for a period of four years. Under this scheme, the youth joining the army will be called AGNIVEER. Youth will be able to be recruited into the army for a short duration. Around 45,000 to 50,000 soldiers will be recruited annually, and majority will leave the service in just four years.   SOME NIGGLING IRRITANTS NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION SARASIJ MAJUMDER INDUSTRY, , EMPLOYMENT : 1.       Railways where unreserved ticket less passengers   occupy the seat whereas passengers with ticket and reservation are not able to sit. This is true for less prestigious trains, and NON-AC compartments. Ticket Checkers are either absent, or don’t work. 2.       Very few semiconductor companies invested in India even after govt PPO. We need to develop this sector “FAST” . 3.       ‘Skill India' programme is not successful. In need attention. 4.       FMCG sector is not producing quality product, yet price is way high. This is a very important sector for common people, and need to be developed. 5.       Government jobs promised by BJP is a bad policy.   Provide importance to self-employment,   and Micro -Small entrepreneurship. 6.       A large working class is overly dependent on IT sector and we have seen recession in it causing huge layoff and   re-placement require

JUDICIARY VIS--A--VIS LEGISLATION Progressively, power of Judiciary is increased. SARASIJ MAJUMDER In any Democratic system, Judiciary can’t be more powerful than Legislation. Simply because-- Judiciary is not elected by the people. I will establish below—how Indian Judiciary (READ APEX COURT) has modified the power of Legislation, continuously, and progressively, through a series of Judgement. 1.0 Shankariprasad case, and Sajjan Singh Case: 1951, and 1965 Shankari Prasad Case (1951) – The Court upheld that under Article 368, the Parliament has the power to amend the Constitution including the Fundamental rights . Sajjan Singh v. State of Rajasthan (1965) – The Court reiterated the Parliament's power to amend any part of the Constitution. Now, you will see below how this authority of Parliament is diluted subsequently. 2.0 Basic Structure Doctrine of Indian Constitution was brought by Judiciary. There is no mention of the term “Basic Structure” anywhere in the
