Things were smooth sailing and they together had 5 kids from the marriage. After 14 years of marrying Bano, her husband decided to marry again and took a younger women to be his second wife. Hence, wrote, and shared this BLOG for information. Government of India does not currently issue a single, universal " CITIZENSHIP CARD " to its citizens. There is no standalone document that definitively proves Indian citizenship for Citizen of India. While there is a legislative provision under the Citizenship Act for the government to issue national identity cards, it has not been universally implemented for the general population.
