CAA (PART2)—UN, & USA

CAA WAS, IS, AND WILL BE RELEVENT

 IN DEMOCRATIC INDIA

UN, and USA expressed their concern over implementation of CAA in INDIA. It was expected.  EU also may follow suit. Any reformation that removes internal problem of India, is criticized by WESTERN CABALS ,Left Cabals, Secularists, Islamists,  Opposition cum Regional political parties, Purchased Media and some Indians with vested interest.

The internal components of INDIA, listed above,  if grouped together--- can be called “CONGRESS ECO SYSTEM”—built carefully to protect the “DYNASTY” over a period of last 70 years.

The Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) is a long, and hard felt a necessary window of legislation, to regularise the unprecedented, blood soaked migration that happened due to a QUESTIONABLE POLITICAL  DECISION—that is partition of INDIA. It was, perhaps subcontinent’s darkest geopolitical chapter in its long  history,  executed in a very shabby manner. Religious minorities  faced unrelenting discrimination, murders, rapes, conversions, and land grab in Pakistan, Afghanistan and later, Bangladesh.

Congress, and Britishers will have to live with that STIGMA, forever.

The Question is not—“Whether CAA is necessary?”

The Question is—“ Since When it was necessary?”  

The answer is—SINCE FIRST PHASE OF MIGRATION WAS COMPLETE, AFTER PARTITION, AND INDEPENDENCE. 

Constitution of India, came into effect from 26th January 1950. Citizenship act was approved in 1955. It remained vague about “DISPLACED PERSONS BY PARTITION”. The action should have started then, using the data of First Election as primary source. The then GOI and NEHRU faltered.

Next—Mrs. Gandhi got the time. Post 1971 Bangladesh war—after which, second major migration took place in West Bengal. She toyed with Democracy to protect Dynasty. If CAA had been implemented, MARICHJHAPI MASSACRE  ( nearly 2,000 Dalit Hindu was butchered, and many more injured) wouldn’t have happened. They were butchered across 50+ islands in the Sundarbans delta in INDIA. Even their drinking water wells were poisoned.  CPI(M) became the infamous QUEEN of a Shakespearean drama.

Horrors like the recent one in Bengal’s Sandesh Khali — in which  migrant Hindu Bengalees, and Tribal are  the victims of rape, murder and land grab by TMC goons under the leadership of an illegal resident and BANGLADESHI MUSLIM SHEIKH SHAHJAHAN. This wouldn’t have happened.

Islamists and their Western ‘Liberal’ Allies, started an  anti-India propaganda on implementation of CAA.  We must ignore that. For Lack of CAA—my opinion—West Bengal has suffered most. And what an irony! Present CM of WEST BENGAL fought against it on streets of West Bengal for last 4 years!!

By implementation of CAA , in border states like West Bengal, Rajasthan, Punjab, and Assam -- a mute, invisible, exploited and vulnerable population will come alive.

The USA forgot that it has a similar narrow-window legislation called the Lautenberg-Specter Amendments which give preferential shelter to persecuted minorities from Russia and Iran.

India has all the rights and means to defend itself against demographic and cultural onslaught by our Western, and Eastern  neighbours clandestinely, or otherwise. INDIA  is tri-sected by Britishers, in association with MUSLIMS. INDIA accommodated MUSLIMS in the  near 900-years of  Islamic invasions. INDIA must fight all out any further on its demographic usurpation.
