  TMC &  RECENT DRAMA SARASIJ MAJUMDER   ACT-I: Scene—I|| HIGH COURT: Former West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress (TMC) chief Mamata Banerjee made a highly dramatic appearance at the Calcutta High Court on Thursday, May 14, 2026, dressed in a traditional black lawyer's gown and attire. She personally appeared before a bench led by Chief Justice Sujoy Paul to argue a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) concerning alleged widespread post-poll violence following the 2026 West Bengal Assembly elections.   A TMC-backed PIL was filed alleging targeted attacks on party workers, offices, and minorities. She arrived at the high court around 10:20 AM accompanied by senior party leaders, including Chandrima Bhattacharya. Recent reports indicates that the Israeli spy agency Mossad may have used Iranian security personnel to carry out Haniyeh's assassination. The fear of war in West Asia has intensified following Haniyeh's death. However, this is not the first instance of Mossad's involvement in covert assassinations in this manner.
