Their stand on abrogation of Article
370

If we delve into history of Freedom Struggle of India, we
observe Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind fought for
Independence along with congress in Khalifat movement and also opposed
Partition of India.
In 1951 it passed a
resolution that Kashmir is an integral Part of India and repeated it in mid-60’s
also. There is no change in their policy since Independence.
In that context only, after observing that abrogation of
article 370 is being termed as religious conflict by our enemy nation as well
as some of the anti-national forces in India, Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind has passed
this resolution to affirm their old policy.

Top Muslim body Jamiat
Ulama-i-Hind (JuH) on Thursday, 12 September, 2019, came out in support of the
Centre's decision on abrogating provisions of Article 370, saying Kashmir is an
"integral part" of the country and the welfare of people in the
valley lies in their integration with India.
In the resolution passed in its annual general meeting held
here, JuH rallied for a united India.
“It is our belief that the
welfare of the people of Kashmir lies in getting integrated with India. The
inimical forces and the neighbouring country are bent upon destroying Kashmir.
The oppressed and beleaguered people of Kashmir are stuck between opposing
forces,” it said, without
mentioning Article 370.
In an indirect reference to Pakistan, the resolution said
that it was using Kashmiris as "shield".
‘JuH Stands
for Unity, Integrity of Country’
"JuH stands steadfastly
for the unity and integrity of the country and has accorded it paramount
importance. As such it can never support any separatist movement rather it
considers such movements not only harmful for India but also for the people of
Kashmir," it said.
It said that the current situation in Kashmir demands that
peaceful initiatives be launched to maintain peace and security in the region,
especially in the view of the repercussions of clash of "atomic
powers".
The Muslim body also appealed to the government of India to
protect the people of Kashmir and their property while respecting human rights.
"It must use all every possible constitutional means
for bringing back normalcy in the region and winning the hearts of the people
of Kashmir," it said.
Muslim organization Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind say that
Pakistan is bent on destroying Kashmir by using Kashmiris as a human shield.
What is meant by human shield?
If a criminal wants to escape from police, he put gun on an
innocent person and warns police that if they try to catch him or shoot him, he
will kill that innocent person first.
So, according to their perception Pakistan is that criminal.
India is police. And the innocent person is Muslim Community of India.
Pakistan is using Indian Muslims as victims in order to gain
upper hand over India.
That is their opinion, and rightly so.
Maybe they are having some differences with the government.
But their stand is clear, Pro-India, and commendable.
It is to be noted that there are more Muslims in India than
Pakistan and many of them Support India’s stand, but remain silent.
And unfortunately, most of India’s media are puppets in the
hands of the so-called liberals, who in turn are paid by Fundamental Islam from
outside, and are against any progressive move by the present Government, only for their
personal benefit.
The
voices of such Muslims those who are supporting the Govt. are not heard.
At least now Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind , an oldest Muslim
Organization openly supported the 370 scrapping, they should now explain this
to Kashmiri youth and bring them in to the mainstream of India.
I hope Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind will perform more vigorously as a
Nationalist Organization to fight FUNDAMENTAL ISLAM in INDIA.
