INDO—PAK CRICKET

Pakistan has played its
last game in this World Cup, and took a flight back home after eating some GOOD
INDIAN BIRYANI. We have given them a warm send-off.
Now is the time to retrospect.
In no way does playing cricket will lead to a change in the
hearts and minds of the Pakistanis --people, bureaucrats, Politicians, and ARMY
in particular. And this will not promote
friendlier relations between the two countries. In fact, it makes things
worse because Indians get exposed to the hateful reality of Pakistani mind,
and Pakistan gets heart-burn from losing matches to India.
Let us understand, why whole of Pakistan BRAYING for INDO
-PAK cricket match:--
1.0 The reason is Commercial, and pure Commercial. PCB loses
money. Player loses money, from FEES, and Commercial endorsement. They are
excluded from IPL which is their players’ big financial loss. Hence, they want to play with INDIA.--not for love of Cricket, or India; but for MO)NEY.
2.0 While Indians and Pakistanis may equally dislike each
other, seeing the lovely game of cricket
through a religious prism is a disease
that only Pakistani cricketers display. No other country’s
cricketers suffer from this sick, and morbid mentality. It is best to avoid
these religious rogues in INDIA. Actually—they are not welcome.
3.0 They don’t have good, or even bad domestic cricket to
groom players, and hone SKILL. IPL would have provided that platform. As
such—the ratio of foreign players in IPL is quite high. We don’t need to
add additional religious nuisance to that, by adding Pakistani
players, present, or EX-as advisors and commentators. And, our priority is to
groom our players. AND, WE SHOULD KEEP SAUDI’S MONEY OUT OF IPL—BCCI is rich enough.
4.0 There are too many instances of Pakistani cricketers
bringing a virulent version of their faith into the ground. Respecting your God
is fine - perhaps, only in PRAYER ROOM. But Pakistani cricketers go far beyond
that, and create religious nuisance publicly, and DISPLAY even on playing ground.
Just to give a few examples: Waqar Younis publicly
recounted the joy he felt when Pakistani players did the namaz in front of a
bunch of Hindus (he was specific about the “Hindus” part). Shoaib Akhtar spoke
fondly of the possibility of an Islamic conquest of India. Both these former
players earn money by appearing on Indian television. They should not be
allowed to come in INDIA, and open their FOUL MOUTH about us. This shall be stopped.
Shoaib Malik apologized to all the Muslims of the world (not
to Pakistanis) for losing a match to India. Sohail Tanvir, after being feted as
a star in the IPL, made very adverse remarks about Hindus after the 26/11
Mumbai attacks rather than express any sympathy. Multiple Pakistani cricketers
have tried openly to convert cricketers belonging to other religions from other
countries. The PCB President recently called India an enemy-country.
There are many more such instances of lunacy in the public
domain about Pakistani Cricketers.
However, it seems WASIM AKRAM is the only exception. So was Asif Iqbal.
5.0 In
general, Pakistani cricketers seem to believe that they are fighting a JIHADI
war to establish the supremacy of Islam over HINDUISM; and Pakistan over India,
rather than playing just a sport on behalf of a country called Pakistan.
We must not allow this,
unless necessary.
6.0 I am not talking about the average uneducated Pakistani
here. We don’t have to punish Pakistan’s cricketing elite for the terrorist
factories of Pakistan. Unfortunately, ideologically, Pakistan’s cricketers
are not any more evolved than the average PAKISTANI TERROR MIND.
Some of them are educated abroad. One of them is married to
a modern Indian MUSLIM woman. She also started talking RUBBISH . All of them
are exposed to multiple cultures and some are even residents or citizens now of
western countries. But they just don’t seem to evolve. Even Imran Khan didn’t
despite enjoying his youth in the decadent western society. The reasons are
obvious. I will discuss that is a separate BLOG.
CONCLUSSION:-
India has adopted the right policy with respect to Pakistani
cricket. We will only play them in tournaments such as Asia Cup, Champion’s
Trophy, and World Cup. Even for those
tournaments, India’s matches won’t happen in Pakistan.
When they do come to India, we will give them a warm
welcome. We even may applaud them at
times, when they play well. Crowd behaviours, with rare exceptions like the Jai
Shri Ram slogans, is not very different from how we treat the Australian or Sri
Lankan teams. We will give them fool-proof security. We will feed them a lot of
biriyanis.
And then we also beat them on the cricket field before
sending them back safe and secure to their home.
It should stay that way only. And for all games. We shouldn’t
send our DAVIS CUP TEAM in PAKISTAN. I
Agree with Cricketer cum MP Mr. Gautam Gamveer in regards to playing with PAKISTAN, and in
totality.
