terms as the CM of Gujarat and 2 terms as the PM of India, would Adani group
have been in the position where they are in today?
As an ENGINEER with 50+ years of experience, having managed
very big PROJECTS, Technically Audited some more big Projects, scrutinized many
big contracts as a part of Arbitration Team/Member, and last but
not the least, having advised in Acquisition, Merger- Demerger of
Companies--- in INDIA, and ABROAD—I think I have right knowledge, and
experience to answer this question, which is having MALAFIDE intentions. I am
listing my answers below:
A. TATA, BIRLA, L&T:-- Operating from BRITISH PERIOD.
B. RELIANCE:-- Operating from Mrs. Gandhi’s Period.
C. ADANI ENTERPRISES:--- Year of Foundation-1988. Operating
from UPA’s period, and this company is linked with Mr. Modi by RUMOUR MONGERS who
have vested interests. Company’s Market Cap=3.3 trillion Rupees as on 07/ 12/23.
1.0 Even C and AG did never find any GLICH in their success
in bidding and getting awarded GIANT sized contracts. Record of execution of
all projects are excellent.
2.0 Adani Enterprises paid a total $58.3 million
total tax in the FY 22-23.
3.0 Total Number of Direct full time Employees== 45,000+
4.0 In addition, Adani Enterprises has widely engaged in
multiple business units and ports with 50,000+ workers under 900+
contractors employed at various locations.
5.0 NBFC==50,000
6.0 I leave it to you to ESTIMATE, how much this group is
paying as SALARY to employees. Remember—this company is a sought-after
destination, and this group have entered a “NO-POACH AGREEMENT” with another
Giant industry of INDIA.
7.0 I worked in DSP (1.5 MM Ton Steel Plant), and knew how
many intermediaries were required then, in seventies. On extrapolation, I safely assume by
EXTRAPOLATION, that at least ADANI ENTERPRISES feed 20,000+ intermediaries .
With rate of OUTSOURCING became more viable—the actual number may be much more.
AE has developed enormous
infrastructure not only in India but throughout the world. Some of them, like
HIFA, Hambantota is key for India’s Marine
security.
AE have been taking loans from banks for the last over 35
years and have paid / are still paying crores of Rupees as interest, paid back
the full loan & retaken new Loans for new business opportunities. All the
loans and finances taken from banks are backed by adequate guarantees &
collateral to the Banks, for basic safety.
The US administration extended a $553 million loan recently
to the Adani group after it found that Hindenburg’s allegations against the
Adani group were irrelevant, as Bloomberg
reported on 5th December citing an unnamed US official.

They are some less
than a one cellular AMOEBA in opposition politics, maligning a GIANT ELEPHANT.
Adani groups are contributing for the development of
infrastructure and welfare activities for the country and running business
honestly, creating and providing enough employment opportunities, and there is no favouritism—only HONEST HARD WORK.
