SANDESH KHALI: YESTERDAY AND TODAY

DEMOGRAPHIC CANCER CAUSED BY CPM & TMC

SANDESH KHALI IS TERRORISED AND HINDUS ARE RUINED BY DON SHEIKH SHAHJAHAN UNDER THE PATRONAGE OF TYRRANT QUEEN OF WEST BENGAL.

“…In the beginning…there was nothing but forests here. There were no people, no embankments, no fields. Just Kada and Bada, mud and Mangrove. At high tide most of the land vanished under water. And everywhere you looked there were predators – tigers, crocodiles, sharks, leopards…This was a time when people were so desperate for the land that they were willing to sell themselves for a bigha or two…”----

The above definition is also true of this place, SANDESH KHALI, during British Time, sufficiently  close to Sundarbans.  .

There are now 30 inhabited villages in Sandesh Khali, located  in the Basirhat subdivision of the North 24 Parganas district in the state of West Bengal, India.  You can go to Sandesh Khali via Hasnabad, or Taqi. Population is over 2.0 Lakh. 35% or more are MUSLIMS--  most of whom started coming, and settling from late seventies  and are illegal immigrants, got settled by first CPM, and later TMC.

PRESENT DEMOGRAPHY

When Riot started in East Bengal in 1946, and continued after it became East Pakistan-the poor, marginalised Bengali Hindus, started migrating, and primarily lower castes,  started settling here. Situation was well under control, till CPM, and  Jyoti Basu came in power. By that time, even Bengali Muslims were also illegally migrating to India through porous border between East Pakistan, and India. CPM welcomed them, as a part of their Vote Bank, issued Ration Card, and got them settled in border districts, including Sandesh Khali.

The illegal migration continued, after E.P. became Bangladesh, and later TMC took over from CPM their rehabilitation. In terms of TMC SUPREMO—these Muslims settled in Bengal are “ DUDHEL GAI”—meaning- MILK (read Votes) giving Cows.

At Sandesh Khali, some 55 kilometres from the Sundarbans, a large tract of land was levelled to accommodate "new guests" ( read ROHIGYAS ) from Bangladesh and elsewhere. The Rohingya are said to have the 'protection' of Sheikh Shahjahan, a Trinamool Congress politician who wields muscle and money power in the area.

 State BJP leaders, who have been circulating videos of Shahjahan ferrying relief material sent for Bengal, to Rohingya camps in Bangladesh, accuse the TMC of encouraging refugee infiltration to appease its Muslim vote bank for the July panchayat polls which is now over.

Thanks to CPM, & TMC, there is a sizable Muslim population now residing in west Bengal—who are citizen of both the Countries—India, and Bangladesh—albeit, illegally.

Thus—from a “ NEAR NO MAN’S LAND”,  and which was sparsely populated before 1947,  Sandesh Khali is teeming with a large, and dense illegal Muslim population, protected by TMC, it’s leaders, LUMPENS and GOONS—who are having antagonistic conflicts with Hindus and Tribals, who are Sons of the Soil.

PRESENT CRISIS

The crisis started from latter part of CPM rule, when TMC SUPREMO started flexing her political muscles with the help of  Bengali ANTI-SOCIALS.

Date-Mid Nov 2008;Occasion-During the Jagaddhatri Puja; Venue--In a remote village of Rajbari under the jurisdiction of Sandesh Khali police station in the district of North 24 Parganas.

Description of Incident

Common Hindu families like every year were celebrating the festival and performing puja. The local Trinamool Congress leader Ranjit Das who was also the Head of the Block, called local police and forced them to stop the puja in the middle. The motive behind is believed to be making a pro-Muslim image among the Muslim neighborhoods keeping in view the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Reaction

The next day all local Hindus came out in large numbers in a huge procession. It was a spectacular scene of people from all walks of life joining together to burn the effigy of Ranjit Das. Afterall,  that was the most which a common man can do against a powerful man like him. It is learnt that he had accomplices in past, in cases of international drug and ammunition trafficking through the porous order, and Sundarbans, to Bangladesh, and Rakhine.

ABOVE WAS THE RECORDED BEGINNING OF THE LUMPEN RAJ at Sandesh Khali.

During the last 16 years, it gradually became worse to worst in recent times with Shekh Shajahan, and his goons are  running amok with the people of  HINDU Community. They are controlling the area, in association with Local Police. The complaints are:-

1.0  Taking control of Lands of HINDU people forcefully, and illegal aqua culture.  Land of Tribals is also not spared.

2.0  There were Murder of several  BJP workers during Parliamentary election—2019.

3.0  Forcefully taking away young Married, and Unmarried women of Hindu and Tribal community, enjoy/rape them, and sale them to Brothels all over India, including West Bengal; if dis-obeyed, white Than Shari ( Widow’s clothing) is sent to the women, as a message . "Calcutta HC takes Suo motu cognisance of allegations of sexual assault on women in Sandesh Khali on 13/02"

4.0  Running Drugs, and arms smuggling.

5.0  If opposed by Local People—killing them, and starting mini-RIOT.

6.0  Locals said , Police takes a CUT in all the business, and assist the miscreants—all under the influence of TMC, local MLAs, and Head of Panchayets.

7.0  BDO, and whole local administration is accomplice in CRIME, influenced by TMC.

8.0  144 was imposed by State in the disturbed area to kill the information. HC has removed it by an order.

Last major incident:- Attacking the team of ED and CRPF, with Stones, and brickbats, by GOONS of local DON Sheikh Shahjahan and injuring the ED personnel, when ED wanted to interrogate Sheikh Shahjahan on Rs.10,000/- Crore Ration Scam.

Shahjahan’s rise within the TMC ranks has been spectacular. Starting as a small-time worker in fisheries and brick kilns in the early 2000s, he initially supported the CPI(M) but later joined the TMC under the patronage of district leader Jyotipriya Mallick when the party assumed power in 2011. He consistently delivered TMC  the Basirhat  Parliamentary seat, and Sandesh Khali- Panchayet I & II, mostly un-opposed. He is having direct connection with SUPREMO—as gathered. He is having good relation with her nephew—known as “BHAI-PO”, as well.

According to police sources, Mallick’s involvement played a significant role in excluding Shahjahan’s name from the chargesheet submitted to the court in connection with the alleged kidnapping and killing of three BJP workers in 2019. Interestingly, Mallick is currently in ED custody in connection with the same scam for which Shahjahan was  to be raided. The Enforcement Directorate claimed that the amount of money it has currently traced in connection to the Bengal ration distribution scam is nearing an astonishing amount of Rs 10,000 crore.

In a curious turn of events, the local Nazat police station, after attempted ED raid,  has filed a non-bailable FIR against ED officials. The West Bengal police filed three FIRs, one against ED officials for attempting to enter Shahjahan’s house without a search warrant, another against the alleged miscreants who attacked the central agencies’ officers, and the third based on a complaint submitted by the ED to the Superintendent of Police (SP) and Director General (DG) over email.

Sheik Shajahan was absconding—most likely in BANLADESH. It is said—he has PASSPORT of both countries, and operate from both countries—Sandesh Khali being his HO.

Local Reaction:--

Entire Hindu community is very agitated. Women have come out in the streets, strongly  argued with local Polices for some time. YOU-TUBERS are taking and  spreading VDOS, whenever they get chance to shoot. A large group of women met Governor. Local newspapers are dishing mis-information, as they are paid by TMC. By fall of night— Hindus avoid coming out of home. Aggrieved People have destroyed properties of right, and left hands of the DON.

I sent one of my Contact, residing at Dum, Dum (my home town), South 24 Parganas—to collect first-hand information from Sandesh Khali—he was spotted, threatened,  and sent back by local goons.

He reported—the local police of Sandesh Khali are still under the control of Mafia Lord, and his Goons are  patrolling the area 24X7, on MO-BIKE, as on 13/02.

CENTRAL GOVERNMENT’S ACTION

Meanwhile,  BJP is planning to move a petition in the Calcutta High Court against the  state government for sheltering illegal immigrants, without informing the Centre. CM herself is not openly engaging with the issue, leaving NGOs, the Commission for Protection of Child Rights and her lieutenants to handle the situation.

Pointing to a TMC minister and an MP joining demonstrations in Kolkata to demand Rohingya rehabilitation, state BJP chief Dilip Ghosh says "it's not difficult to understand what the motive could be".

ED has already targeted Shajahan, and looking for him by court order.

Governor of W.B. after visit of Sandesh Khali, straight came to Delhi—and having meeting Mr. Shah.

The Calcutta high court on 07/02 ordered the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and West Bengal police to trace Sheikh Shahjahan, the absconding Trinamool Congress leader from Sandesh Khali in North 24 Parganas district, who allegedly masterminded the January 5 attack on Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials during a raid at his residence in connection with the public distribution system scam, lawyers who represented the federal agencies in court said. It is reported that, on 12/02, Shahjahan communicated to the court that he can appear on condition of  “ NO ARREST” by the Court, or Police, or ED.

However—TMC SUPREMO seems to be in the backfoot, and was forced to take some  cursory actions.

 Maintaining Law- and order being state’s responsibility, and under State’s jurisdiction, Centre is working carefully. Federal structure of INDIAN  DEMOCRACY makes it very difficult, to  intervene, and control a ROUGE  AND CORRUPT yet locally popular C.M., who is  running the STATE, based on a big mandate by state population, and  that too- for the third successive time.

Never the less— State Judiciary is well activated by Local BJP leaders.

Central Government is taking some visible, and some not so visible actions.

BUT, BASED ON SOME SOURCES-- GIASUDDIN MULLAH IS THE ACTUAL GOD FATHER, AND YET REMAINED "GUMNUM". HOW TO TRACE, AND ARREST HIM??

The Sandesh Khali may become MAMATA’S WATERLOO in next election.
