UMAR KHALID—WHITE COLOUR TERRORIST
MASTERMIND—CHAND BAGH RIOT
CAN HE BE NAILED??
SARASIJ MAJUMDER
Former JNU student leader Umar Khalid, an undertrial in a Unlawful Activities
Prevention Act (UAPA) case linked to the February 2020 Delhi riots for three
years, withdrew his bail application from the Supreme Court on Wednesday 14/02/2024. On October 18,
2022 , by the order of the Delhi High
Court his
plea was rejected.
Kapil Sibal could not get the jury bench he wanted. He knows
that he won't get bail if there is a fair trial. So, he withdraws. In the process, Judicial Process got delayed
by one and a half year. The right to appeal for bail in S.C shall be annulled
for ever, in this case—IPSO FACTO.
The Terror Trail is charted below.
He was the admin. of WhatsApp
group, and one of the “masterminds"
that organised CHAND BAGH riot of
the February 2020 , which left 53 people died and over 700 got injured. The inciting speeches delivered by him
were "very calculated" and he brought up contentious issues like
Babri Masjid, triple talaq, Kashmir, the alleged suppression of Muslims, the CAA and NRC.
Muslim
women were also accomplices in the RIOT, and on his instructions blocked the Jaffrabad metro station, and surrounding roads. The mob then attacked
people with knives, Rods, and acids. They
invited ACP Sandeep Lamba for a talk and once police reached, ACP was attacked
and fatally injured, stayed in Coma for months. Later same crowd killed
constable Ratan Lal.
It was the day Mr. Trump Visited New Delhi.
He also held a secret
meeting with Tahir Hussain & Sharjeel Imam at Selampur, hatched a plan and
they have murdered IB officer Ankit Sharma. Dilbar Negi, a labourer from Uttarakhand,
who came to Delhi for work a few months ago , was also chopped into 6 pieces
and his body was burnt, recovered a few meters away from Ankit Sharma’s dead
body.
Once Ankit Sharma’s body was recovered from the gutter,
Khalid immediately deleted the WhatsApp group and fled to Samastipur where he
stayed underground for whole month.
Delhi special cell and Bihar police cracked his location
based on high surveillance technology and arrested him, and produced before
court..
The high court had rejected Umar Khalid's bail plea, concluding he was in constant
touch with other co-accused and the allegations against him were prima facie
true. The high court had also concluded that the actions of the accused prima
facie qualified as a "terrorist act" under the Unlawful Activities
(Prevention) Act, as reported by PTI ..
Delhi police and
special cell has done a very commendable job in finding and gathering strong
evidence against the main perpetrators.
Police also did their job in controlling riots or else the
situation could have been much worse. ACP Sandeep Lamba has been awarded MHA
excellence award for best and swift investigation of Delhi Riot Case.
THE RECOMMENDATIONS:-
1.0After Delhi High Court
cancelled the bail application—S.C. shouldn’t have accepted the appeal. These
are TIME WASTING TECHNICQUES.
2.0 Mr. Kapi Sibbal shall be taken
to task for delaying the Judicial procedure.
3.0 A special court shall be
formed in handle these cases in a fast track, and conclude. The time limit
shall not be more than 1 year. I.O. shall be employed in a dedicated manner,
for the job.
4.0 Total loss in terms of
Public Property, Private Property, Loss of life, Bodily injury.. if costed, it
will amount to over Rs.1,000/- Cr. Special tax shall be levied on the local Population involved in the RIOT, including the leaders to compensate the amount.

The Delhi riot in 2020, was a well calculated move, by these people, planned during President Donald Trump’s visit, to get maximum international mileage. And as usual, the left, Congress and our TMC, blamed it on the Hindus, till facts and figures slowly started coming out in the open
