ELECTION--2029

2024 ELECTION: MY TAKE

ROUTE MAP FOR FUTURE ELECTIONS

SARASIJ MAJUMDER

The hidden factor behind the recent election results in India is that however much caste is hyped and consolidation of the majority disturbed, the majority of the people have given a go bye to the same. The polarisation of the majority has happened as it happened in 2014, got consolidated in2019—and mostly retained in 2024 . BJP secured the 36.56% of votes which is short by ONLY 0.8% compared to  vote share of 2019.

  1. With some amount of incumbency of past 10 years, poor handling of Manipur, with non-contributing persons like Mr. Nadda, and  Amit Malviya, and some others---- BJP still has the ability to retain its vote share and will not allow the same to wither away, even in extreme circumstances. BJP polled 36.56% votes in 2024 against 37.77% votes  in 2019.
  2. Poor performance in two big states simultaneously was bound  affect the results tremendously. This is what happened to BJP because of its poor performance in U.P. and Maharashtra.  West Bengal also FAILED! The reasons are well understood.

3.1 Amit Shah ji’s political manipulation backfired in MAHARASHTRA. Mr. Yogi should have final say in matters of U.P.

3.2 |Mr Yogi is no less capable  political leader than Mr. P.M. or Mr. Shah.

3.3 As long as MB is there, BJP can’t win as the ELECTION will not be fair in West Bengal. TMC without MB is bound to loose badly.

  1. The strong presence of BJP throughout the country, cannot be nullified however much opposition  parties tries with their false promises. The reach of such false promises will be only  be doing localized and  limited damages.
  2. If the grassroot cadres are very strong, any amount of pressure to defeat this party will  become a wasteful exercise. BJP  was able to withstand the onslaught of the opposition and still produced the winning result for any party or group of parties. One thing is very important---BJP should have good relation with RSS, and induct RSS leaders in BJP. The good mix will be:-30% from RSS, 20% from IAS +JUDICIARY + ARMED FORCES, -best, and retired;  30%n from BJP GROOMED, and 20 % from other party’s best leaders.
  3. Any TURN-COAT shall not be accepted. There shall be thorough DUE-DILLIGENCE.
  4. BJP could have rectified itself if the party had open idea on  the situation,  and ground reality, without having any reservations.
  5. Religion card shall not be overplayed.
  6. Accept it that MUSLIMS will not vote for BJP, including for  any Muslim candidate seeking to be elected under  BJP banner. BJP has to engineer on the strength of HINDUS only—all casts included, except MARXISTSTS, SECULARISTS, AND PEOPLLE WITH STRONG ANTI—HINDI SENTIMENTS.
  7. Ignore INC, and LoP.  These are distractions. Also remember—proceedings in Parliament will have opposition—mostly to de-rail the functioning of Elected Government. Remain focused,  is the demand of the time.
  8. BJP shall conserve “energy”   and use “effort” judicially for Governance, Growth, and Reformations needed, rather than SLOGANEERING and discriminatory campaigns.
  9. BJP has not lost any by-election. In Bengal-- in those 3 seats, BJP MLA defected to TMC--you know why.

  1. Point 12 is not clear. You write "BJP has not lost any by-election". But we know BJP has indeed lost many seats in the recent by-election..

    1. 1. Rupali (Bihar)- JDU - Independent - RJD lost because last time's winner defected to RJD before 2024 Election. We can also say NDA lost as seat was won by it last time. But today's winner...the Independent is on his way to NDA.

      2. Dehra (HP)- Independent - Congress - Congress RETAINS as BJP was at no.3 in last election.

      3. Hamirpur(HP)- BJP - BJP - BJP RETAINS.

      4. Nalagarh (HP)- Independent - Congress - Congress RETAINS as BJP was at no.3 in last election.

      5. Amarawa (MP)- Congress - BJP - BJP WINS.

      6. Jalandhar West (Punjab)- (P)AAP - (P)AAP - (P)AAP RETAINS.

      7. Vikravandi (TN)- DMK - DMK - DMK RETAINS.

      8. Badrinath (UK)- Congress - Congress - Congress RETAINS.

      9. Manglaur (UK)- BSP - Congress - Congress WINS. BSP LOSES.

10, 11, 12. Raiganj, Ranaghat Dakshin & Bagda (Bengal) - BJP - TMC - TMC RETAINS as all 3 BJP MLAs had defected to TMC & everyone knows why they must have.

      13. Maniktala (Bengal) - TMC - TMC - TMC RETAINS.

Now tell me has BJP really lost? Has Congress really won?

In By-poll, if you win seat from someone....is called WIN! If you re-win a seat....its called RETAINS! By this FACTUAL analysis, in fact, we have to say BJP has WON 1 seat in MP & CONgress has WON 2 seats in HP (over Independents & not BJP) + 1 in UK (over BSP & not BJP).
