  BUDGET 2025 AT A GLANCE SOME KEY PROVISIONS SARASIJ MAJUMDER   1.       10,000 additional seats to be inculcated in Medical Institutes in one year; 75,000 additional   medical seats will be created in next 5 years. 2.       100 GW target for Nuclear Power Generation by 2047. 3.       40,000 new houses will be added under Swayam Housing scheme. 4.       50 New Tourists’ destination will be developed by next year . 5.       A Maritime Development Fund with a corpus of ₹ 25,000 crore to be set up, with up to 49 per cent contribution by the Government, and the balance from ports and private sector. 6.       Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) : 50,000 such labs are to be set up in government schools in 5 years. ELECTION FORECAST OF J & K

SARASIJ MAJUMDER

THE PREAMBLE:

J & K’S past legacy  involved around article 370 and 35 A, supporting terrorists,  RIOTS AND BURNING HINDU HOUSES, STONE PELTING,  THROWING OUT PUNDITS, DESTROYING TEMPLES, getting heavily subsidized food from GOI for the citizens of Kashmir and allowing warped,  discriminatory representation, from valley, Jammu and Leh --Ladakh.

The present thought process revolves around treating J&K at par with other states and work for assimilation which has brought peace and prosperity to the rest of India and there should be no reason to believe that J&K would be an exception. It also means more muscular and no nonsense dealing with terrorists and their sympathizers. It also means development in J&K.

Sorry to say but in the later thought process the “has been” variety of Abdullahs, Muftis and the Hurriyat have no place and that is why the statements opposing it from these people. Their cheese is getting moved big time and they are facing irrelevance.

The state of J&K is getting ready to develop a new leadership. We need to give it time to evolve. But it is true that this election will decide whether the first thought process will continue or the second thought process evolve.

ELECTION ALLIANCES, & CAMPAIGN:-

1.0  LoP representing INC is talking about selling Apples from Kashmir in USA, Japan…etc.

2.0  NC, and it’s alliances are talking of bringing back Article-370.

3.0  There are 4 independent candidates, who are likely to get elected—and they most likely will not support NC alliance.

4.0  For a change—many Muslim Leaders are having different Parties. They are not  united and competing against all other.

5.0  Hindu Votes are United, and behind BJP.

6.0  ELECTION  is over, remained peaceful, and voting percentage is satisfactory.

SEAT SHARE:

INDIA are certain to win 4 Seats in Jammu and 31 Seats in Kashmir

BJP is certain to win 27 Seats in Jammu and NO SEAT in Kashmir

PDP is certain to win 2 Seats in Kashmir

4 Seats are definitely likely to be won by Independents who are long popular names

That's 35 Seats for INDIA, 27 seats for BJP and 2 Seats for PDP and 4 Seats for Others

That's 68 Seats

The Balance 22 Seats will decide the elections:-

10 Seats in Kashmir

12 Seats in Jammu

India needs only 11/22 of which 10 seats are in Kashmir

BJP needs 19/22 of which they need to win 7 seats in Kashmir

WHAT EMERGE:

HUNG ASSEMBLY is the probability.
