*Meaning* : Whatever is not right to be done, must never be done even on pain of death; and what is right to do, must be done even if one should die for the same.

*भावार्थ* : जो कार्य निषिद्ध है, उसे प्राण कण्ठगत (मृत्यु संकट उपस्थित होने की स्थिति) पर भी नहीं करना चाहिये। जो कर्तव्य है, उसे अपने प्राण की परवाह न करते हुये भी अवश्य करना चाहिये |

Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif has issued a stark warning to India, declaring that Islamabad could target Kolkata if provoked. Recently the Newcastle Disease have spread rapidly the across several European countries and it created the serious concern among the poultry farmers.

Newcastle Disease is the highly contagious viral infection which mainly affects the domestic poultry like chickens and also the with wild birds. It is caused by a virus which is known as the avian paramyxovirus serotype .

MISHAPS:

In Madhya Pradesh, a major tragedy has struck near Kotma Bus Stand in Anuppur, where a four-story building suddenly collapsed, leading to the death of at least two people. The sudden collapse created panic in the area, with locals rushing to the spot to help in rescue efforts.

WILD LIFE:

The death of the world’s oldest living land animal — a 193-year-old tortoise called Jonathan — were greatly exaggerated.

Jonathan is still kicking — albeit slowly — on the island of St. Helena.

Guinness World Records lists Jonathan as the oldest living land animal and the oldest tortoise ever. He was believed to be about 50 years old when he was brought to St. Helena in 1882.

INS Aridhaman has been formally commissioned into service, marking a significant expansion of India’s sea‑based nuclear deterrent.
