IRAN WAR:
IRAN:
US forces are conducting search and rescue
operations for a missing crewmember after Iran downed two American warplanes. A
US Black Hawk helicopter involved in the search was also hit by Iranian fire
but managed to remain airborne, according to US media reports.
Iran claimed a “new advanced defense system” downed the USA
aircraft. May be a late Chinese or Russian supply.
Casualties and damage: According to Iranian
authorities, human toll continues to rise with at least 2,076 people killed and
26,500 wounded in Iran since the start of the war on February 28. I think large part is
from IRGC & other armed forces.
Iran’s
semi-official news agency Fars on late Friday reported that Tehran had rejected
a US proposal for a 48-hour ceasefire. However—48 HOUR is over.
Iranian
President Masoud Pezeshkian questioned whether the US is sincere about
diplomacy, accusing Washington of hypocrisy and asking the world to judge. Pezeshkian
said he consulted Finland’s president over US President Donald Trump’s threat
to bomb Iran “back to the Stone Ages”, calling the remark a clear admission of
intent to commit a “massive war crime” and warning the international community
against remaining neutral. The fact is—he has no
power. IRGC is in control, and doesn’t
listen to President. For a change—I agree with Mr. Trump’s intention.
HORMUZ:
The

the Strait of Hormuz has been postponed once again and is now expected to take
