ASADUDDIN OWAISI -AND  AIMIM.

SARASIJ MAJUMDER

AIMIM has grown out of MIM, the party does not have a history of  only 56 years, but it has a history of 93 years.

Muslim landlords and Nawabs formed the Muslim League. During this period, Nawab Mahmood Nawaz Khan, the governor of Hyderabad, formed a party named "Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen" (MIM) in 1927 to protect the interests of the Nizam.

This party was actually funded by Nizam Usman Ali Khan for his personal interest. MIM was a completely pro-Nizam party. The only task of this party was to prevent the Nizam Hyderabad state from merging with India.

THE PURPOSE  OF MIM:

The princely state of Hyderabad Nizam will be a separate country.

Nizam will be the head of the country, wants to be a part of British Dominion instead of India.

Nizam will take decisions on important issues like finance, foreign affairs, defence.

It will be completely the right of the Nizam to implement the democratic system or not.

MIM expanded overnight under Bahadur Yar Jung, a charismatic personality whose speeches drew the masses. Jung died prematurely in 1944 – some claim he was poisoned .

With the help of Nizam, MIM President Kazim Rizvi converts two lakh private soldiers into private militia Razakars.

RAZAKARS’ main work was to oppress non-Muslims in the princely state of Hyderabad, so that they leave the state. The private militia committed atrocities on the Hindu population and raped Hindu Women. Their houses were burnt, property looted. MIM party continued to defend the Razakar militia.

Qasim Rizvi, who was heading RAJAKARS, also becomes the president of MIM in 1944.

INDIA ACHIEVED INDEPENDENCE IN 1947.

Nizam Osman Ali Khan refuses to merge with India.  REMEMBER—MUSLIM POPULATION OF HYDRABAD PRINCELY STATE WAS ONLY 20%, IN 1947.

The Indian Army won this war. MIM and Razakar president Qasim Rizvi was arrested. He was jailed, and Home Minister Sardar Patel banned the MIM party with immediate effect.

In 1958, when Qasim Rizvi apologized, he was PARDONED, and allowed to go to Pakistan.

While going to Pakistan, he handed over the responsibility of the banned organization MIM to the Chief lawyer of Nizam State, Abdul Wahid Owaisi.

The lawyer changed the name of MIM, All India was added to it, and it became AIMIM. Got recognition from the Election Commission. After Abdul Wahid, his son Sultan Salahuddin Owaisi became the president.

After the death of Sultan Salahuddin, his son Asaduddin Owaisi is the president of AIMIM.

Owaisi has defended many terrors accused. When an ISIS terror module was busted in 2016 in Hyderabad, Owaisi was at the forefront in providing legal help to them.  On many occasions, he has defended Afzal Guru, the terrorist who was sentenced to death in the parliament attack case.

THE ABOVE IS THE HISTORY AND ORIGIN OF AIMIM. THE QUESTIONS ARE: WHAT IS THE REASON THAT AFTER 2014 HE STARTED APPEARING IN TV DEBATES AND HE GOT SO MUCH MONEY THAT HE STARTED CONTESTING ELECTIONS EVERYWHERE??
