Arvind Kejriwal Arrest: The AAP chief's wife, Sunita Kejriwal, said that Arvind Kejriwal will make a big revelation in the "so-called Delhi liquor policy case" in court.

Arrest and Allegations:

• Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) last week. He will be put on Court on 2^nd APRIL-2024.
• The arrest is related to a money-laundering case connected to the now-scrapped Delhi liquor policy. Prima-Facie—the case is established.
• Delhi minister and AAP leader Kailash Gehlot has also  been called for questioning by the Enforcement Directorate in the same money laundering case linked to the Delhi liquor policy. Mr. Gehlot is currently the minister for home, transport, and law in the Delhi government.
• The other two in JAIL  are AAP MP Sanjay Singh and former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia.

·         K Kavitha, the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader and daughter of former Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, is also in jail.

Custody and Extension:

• Kejriwal is currently in custody at the ED's Delhi office.
• While producing Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in court, the Enforcement Directorate claimed that he is giving evasive replies and not disclosing passwords of his digital devices. The agency sought Kejriwal's custody for seven more days, stating that he is deliberately not cooperating with them. The court extended his custody. This is pure NON-COOPERATION.
• Once his custody period ends  the probe agency is likely to seek an extension.

• In another setback for Kejriwal, Delhi High Court questions Kejriwal Govt's policy to pay honorarium to Muslim Imams."If this is happening with regard to one religion, then others will also come forward saying give us subsidy. Where will it end?" - HC said 

  Delhi High Court has sought AAP Govt’s reply to plea against payment of salaries to imams, muezzin.

• The power of a court to remand an accused to custody is governed by a number of provisions of the CrPC, these being Sections of these 167(2), 209(b) and 309(2). Each provisions are independent of each other and come into play at different stages of the criminal trial. It may be pretty long.

High Court Decision:

• The Delhi High Court rejected Kejriwal's petition challenging the arrest.
• The court has given the ED until April 2 to present their case.

Policy Controversy:

• The ED believes the liquor policy allowed an impossibly high profit margin for retailers (nearly 185%) and wholesalers (12%).
• Allegedly, over ₹600 crore was recovered as bribes, which were then used to fund Goa and Punjab poll campaigns.
• AAP government withdrawn the policy, the moment it was challenged—according credence to foul play by AAP government.

Big Revelation Expected:

• Kejriwal's wife, Sunita Kejriwal, announced that he would reveal crucial information about the "so-called Delhi liquor policy case."

Issuing  Orders from Jail:

• The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) criticized Kejriwal after he issued directions to ministers Atishi and Saurabh Bhardwaj to be released from jail.
• Despite his arrest, the AAP party insists that Kejriwal will continue as Delhi's Chief Minister and work from jail.

Protests and Resignation Demands:

• BJP leaders are protesting across Delhi, demanding Kejriwal's resignation.
• They vehemently oppose his functioning as Chief Minister while in custody.
• AAP  is on street seeking release of their chief.

AAP Leaders absconded??

·         Raghav Chadda seems to be gone underground. It is the rumour that Raghav Chadha met with Terrorist Dawood Ibrahim's aide Tiger Hanif in London.  Funding from Khalistani Terrorists. Meeting with Islamic terrorists. Question on Surgical Strike and Air Strike. Question on Batla House Encounter.  All seems to be interlinked.

International Attention:

• The US and Germany have urged India to conduct a "fair, transparent" probe into the matter. Here the point is—when Mr Soren was jailed, the USA eco system was quiet as Mr. Soren is not a CIA asset.  Now the same ECO system is braying  along with UNO for fair trial. I am smelling the  presence of rotten CIA SEWER RAT in case of DELHI C.M. Is the ASSET getting compromised??

The Past Papers:-

*In 2014 when Arvind Kejriwal emerged as a heroic icon, a RAW officer RSN Singh wrote an article: “ Kejriwal: India's biggest scam” in which he claimed with proof that Kejriwal was groomed and *funded by Ford Foundation and other CIA connected groups*. He said that *Anna movement was Arab spring version of India* and  Smrit Lee was specially sent for this.

That time many people didn't take that article seriously but ...

India’s Rule of Law and Accountability:

Unique Democracy: Vice President Mr. Jagdeep Dhankhar emphasized that India, as a unique democracy, does not require lessons from anyone regarding the rule of law.

Robust Judicial System: V.P.asserted that India’s robust judicial system cannot be compromised by any individual or group.

Equality Before Law: The norm in India is “equality before law,” and those who believe they are beyond the law are being held accountable.

Protests and Accountability: V.P. questioned the justification for taking to the streets when the law is in motion. He criticized high-decibel debates and attempts to camouflage culpability.

Transgression of Law: Those engaging in the “transgression of law” are now playing the victim card.

Corruption and Consequences: Corruption no longer leads to opportunities; it leads to jail. V.P. challenged the idea of sparing the corrupt during festive or farming seasons.

What Emerge:-- USA, GERMANY, and UNO became mouthpiece of SCAM TAINTED Mr. Kejriwal— it is a very unfortunate matter.
