KEJRIWAL+ PMLA+ OTHER SCAMS

AND WAY OUT

BACKGROUND

Mr. Kejriwal is not new to TIHAR. This is his third visit. In 2011, he was jailed for 7 days when he was protesting for Lokpal bill. He was lodged in jail by UPA that housed A Raja. Second time In 2014, he was jailed in a defamation case filed by Nitin Gadkari. Third time, now, he is in Tihar Jail because of his involvement in liquor scam case.  ED told he is KINGPIN.

LIFE AT TIHAR

Latest news is he is provided a pillow, bed, bottled water, and getting food cooked at home. He is closely being watched through CC TV Cameras round the clock! He spends  nights comfortably. Occasionally he is seen seated on chair, and scanning a few pages of the books supplied and kept on table. Sometimes he sweeps the Cell.

PUBLIC RESPONSE

Before the arrest of Kejriwal AAP said every gully in Delhi will see a mass upsurge if Kejriwal is arrested and every lane will be filled with AAP supporters. After the arrest no such thing happened. A few hundreds alone protested in front of Kejriwal’s residence, and some few  near court.

CRIMINAL CASE

Why Kejri is in JAIL?? The simplest answer is Kejri knows that he received bribe for converting the Liquor Shop Licences from Government to Business Sharks - dealing with them through his deputy Sisodia, and others! And spent some money in Elections. And may have kept the rest. ED exposed a money trail, but total money is not accounted.

HIS RESPONSE, AND REASON BEHIND

It seems Kejri does not want to come out from Tihar soon.  He put a high-profile lawyer to defend him. Delhi people are paying for the Lawyer. He thinks, he will ultimately get benefit of doubt, if ED faces a blocked wall.  That is the reason why he is not providing the details of his password to open his computers to gather complete details of bribery! He hopes, that making nuisance through democratic means, using his party,  and taking advantage of INDIA’s soft legal system, he will come out clean.

CONSEQUENCE

NO COURT WILL RELEASE A PMLA  ACCUSED EVEN ON BAIL BECAUSE OF HIS NON-COOPERATION TO REVEAL FACTS WITH THE ED AND CBI!

 APPLE HAS ALSO REFUSED TO HELP UNLOCK HISMOBILE, AND  COMPUTER FOOLISHLY - WITHOUT KNOWING THERE ARE UMPTEEN MEANS OF TECHNOLOGY AVAILABLE NOW TO HAWK HIS CONCEALED COMPUTER, AND MOBILE! THE NOOSE AROUND HIS NECK MAY  BECOMEING STRONGER AND STRONGER!

HIS BEST OPTION IS TO CONFESS,AND PRAY FOR MERCY.
