ASSAULT ON  SWATI MALIWAL

SCANDAL IN AAP

KEJRIWAL IS IN TROUBLE

SARASIJ MAJUMDER

CHAPTER--I: Kejriwal, and his compulsions:

  • Swati Maliwal is one of the founding members of AAP, and her sister was also a member of the party. Her sister is a professor at Columbia University, US, which is a hub of communist ideology where anti-Israeli protests are happening.
  • She went there a few days back to meet her sister, just before the bail of Kejriwal, and right after coming from the US, she went to Kejriwal's house, Sheesh Mahal, where she was beaten by Kejriwal's aide.
  • Now, coming to Raghav Chadha, he went to the UK just before the arrest of Kejriwal, and he has not come back; it's been almost 1.5 months.
  • If you believe independent reporters, Kejriwal went to the UK amid the farmers' protest. He met some Sikh leaders and popular Khalistani leaders… don't know what deal happened between them.
  • Kejriwal supported the protest and also provided them food supplies from Delhi so they could sustain themselves.
  • After the farmers' protest, the Punjab election happened. Kejriwal emerged victorious, from zero seats to a majority. They won most of the seats in bordering districts with Pakistan and Rajasthan where Khalistani sentiment is high.
  • Once Kejriwal was arrested, if we believe Khalistani claims, their route of funding was curbed… so they needed an alternative route. Hence, R. Chadha is taking time in the UK because a lot of meetings are happening.
  • And maybe Swati Maliwal’s  visit of  USA  have some Canadian angle.
  • The last two points are PURE  SPECULATIONS just to connect the dots… The rest of the points are covered in MEDIA/Newspapers.  If you connect the dots yourself, you'll see some serious business may be going on… If this is correct, our agencies have a lot of information… they are just collecting evidences, and they will soon act.

Kumar Vishwas said: Kejriwal told me if not the PM of India, then the PM of Khalistan he will be.

Kejriwal’s Interim Bail – Ref.1

There is some rumour/speculation that a Lawyer ( You can guess WHO ) has fought the PMLA case of Kejriwal on condition that HE will get a seat in Rajya Sava on AAP quota, if he gets Kejriwal out on Bail. AAP has 10 Rajya Sabha seats, and all are occupied.  And Kejriwal got out  on bail. Unless somebody vacates—he can’t keep his commitment, or so it seems. I don't know.

CHAPTER--II

SWATI MALIWAL:: Childhood, and present family status:

Delhi Commission for Women (DCW), Ex.  chief Swati Maliwal stated in TOI that she was sexually abused when she was child by her father. This experience resolved her to fight for Women’s cause. On 23 January 2012, she married Naveen Jaihind, whom she had met during the early days of the 2011,  Indian anti-corruption movement led by Anna Hazare. Later, Naveen became a politician, representing the Aam Aadmi Party. The couple divorced in February 2020.

Recently, the Lieutenant Governor ordered the termination of 223 employees from the DCW, citing unauthorized appointments by Swati Maliwal.

CHAPTER -III Internal Rivalry

1.0  There seems to be an internal political rivalry between Swati Maliwal, and Atishi Merlene. Delhi BJP spokesperson Praveen Shankar Kapoor claimed that Maliwal's nomination was a move by Kejriwal to address the power struggle between Maliwal and Atishi, arising from the latter's growing prominence as a minister. “Maliwal had been making Atishi uncomfortable by raising issues like lack of street lights for women's safety on the streets,” he alleged.

2.0 Atishi contested for M.P. from Delhi, and lost, but won later as MLA.

3.0 The situation was balanced by providing Swati a seat in Rajya Sabha in 2024.

CHAPTER IV: THE ASSAULT( Tiff with Kejriwal aide):

On May 12, at Sheesh Mahal,  the residence of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in New Delhi, Maliwal alleged by a PCR call that she had been assaulted by Kejriwal's assistant, Bibhav, allegedly on Kejriwal's instructions. This was recorded.
Subsequently, she went to the Civil Lines police station to lodge a First Information Report (FIR). However, after receiving some phone calls while there, she left, informing the police officers that she would return. The officers waited until late at night before classifying her complaint as "pending" since no FIR had been filed by late May 13.
Following this, the National Commission for Women summons Bibhav on May 17 for a hearing. Meanwhile, Kejriwal refrains from commenting on her assault case.

It is learnt that Delhi Police met Swati Maliwal, on16/05 .

The incident has sparked controversy and drawn attention to the dynamics of party members within the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) .

CHAPTER—V: The Allegation

Maliwal claimed that the assault took place at the chief minister’s residence. She approached the police and made a PCR call to report the incident. She even reached Police station, where she got Phone calls, and decided not to lodge FIR, or written complaints Hence, no formal complaint may have  been filed yet. The National Commission for Women (NCW) took Suo motu cognizance of the matter and summoned Bibhav Kumar for a hearing on May 17, 2024.

WHY THE AASAULT----REFER 1 above, stated before. Cause of assault may be linked to  RS seat.

CHAPTER VI::Political Fallout

The AAP, to which both Maliwal and Kumar belong, initially remained silent on the issue. However, AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh later addressed the media, stating that the party would take “strict action” against Kumar. Meanwhile, Arvind Kejriwal chose not to respond directly to queries regarding Maliwal, emphasizing that the AAP is a family and urging against playing political games on this sensitive matter.

CHAPTER VII:- INVOLVEMENT/ COMMENTS OF OTHER PARTIES’ LEADERS:-

1.0 Akhilesh Yadav

Adding to the controversy, Bibhav Kumar was seen alongside AAP leaders Sanjay Singh and Arvind Kejriwal at a press conference with Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav at the Lucknow airport. This appearance triggered further discussions and raised questions about the party’s stance on the issue.

2.0 KAPIL SIBAL STATED THAT IT IS AN INTERNAL MATTER WITHIN A AP .

3.0 BSP chief Mayawati said that double standards should not be adopted on women's safety, respect and harassment. She said that it is wrong that till now no action has been taken against the culprit in the case of indecency with Swati Maliwal.

4.0 'I Will Stand In Favour Of Woman': Priyanka Gandhi Badra  On Maliwal Case .

5.0 “Ye sab puri jankari aur sajish ke sath ho raha hai, uske sath kuch bhi ho sakta hai (there's a conspiracy going on against her and anything can happen to her),” Jaihind , her Ex-Husband said.

CHAPTER VIII:- ACTION

FIR IS LODGED. POLICE AND DCW ARE INVESTIGATING.

According to Delhi Police, Kumar was on Thursday booked under sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 506 (criminal intimidation), 509 (insulting the modesty of a woman) and 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) in the FIR, which was registered at the Civil Lines police station.

The case was registered after a two-member police team visited Maliwal’s home on Deen Dayal Upadhyay (DDU) Marg and recorded her statement over four-and-a-half-hours. Later, they visited Shish Mahal to re-construct crime scene.

 WHAT EMERGE:

As the investigation continues, the Swati Maliwal and Kejriwal tiff remains a significant political development in Delhi. The NCW’s hearing will shed more light on the allegations, and the AAP’s response will determine how the party handles this conflict, which is more than internal.

Mr. Kejriwal has power to influence the INVESTIGATION—and I request MELORD to cancel his interim bail and take him in custody immediately.
