POLITICAL MURDERS
* More than 300 BJP workers have been killed, and this was
when BJP was not even a major party in Bengal.
* Hundreds of RSS workers have been killed in Bengal under
TMC rule.
* 185 cadres of CPM have been killed in just 4 years under

using threat, and violence.
* There will be violence and bloodshed even in Panchayat or Municipal
elections in West Bengal.
MUSLIM REHABILITATION, AND MUSLIM APPEASEMENT.:-
The complete demographics of Murshidabad, Malda, Dinajpur,
South, and North 24 Parganas and Cooch Behar have changed due to habitation of Bangladeshi
illegal immigrants.
* There is a whole and organised racket in Malda and
Murshidabad that will make voter ID card
and Aadhar card as soon as a MUSLIM enter inside the Indian border.
* Muslims in West Bengal have a strong network. Many "Jamai Tola" (sons-in-law settlements) from Bangladesh come through West Bengal. They have a proper network there and send Muslims to Jharkhand, Dumka, Pakur, Kishanganj in Bihar, etc. They marry local tribal girls and then seize their properties. Once they get married, they become naturalized citizens. You'll find many “Jamai Tola” in Dumka, Pakur, and Kishanganj areas.
* The new Muslim voters are welcomed by TMC goons because
they are their fresh voters.
SCAMS:-
1.0 CHIT FUND SCAMS--- SARADA & ROSE VALLEY SCAM – It is estimated that people of West Bengal
invested about Rs.30,000?- Crore in these Ponzi Schemes. The companies
collapsed. Politicians of TMC were deeply involved.
1.1 NARODA Sting Operation:- The Narada sting operation was
a sting operation carried out by Mathew Samuel targeting high-ranking officials
and politicians of the All India Trinamool Congress (AITC). It showed several
politicians and a high-ranked police officer accepting cash bribes in exchange
for providing unofficial favours to a company.
2.0 COAL GATE SCAM- The
alleged scam involves mines located in the Kunustoria and Kajora areas in and
around Asansol, West Bengal. Previously, the Supreme Court had granted Majhi
temporary protection from arrest, provided that he cooperated with the
investigation. In Parliament—CAG tabled a figure of Rs. 1.86 Lakh Crore.
3.0 SAND MAFIA SCAM:-- Amount is unknown. Estimate—Rs.10.0
Lakh Crore covering various places.
4.0 TEACHER EMPLOYMENT SCAM UNDER SCOOL BOARD – CASH recovered was Rs 50+ Crore, and 6 Kg Gold
recovered. Total amount is estimated Rs. several Thousand Crores.
5.0 CATTLE SMUGGLING SCAM ACROSS BORDER- The cattle smuggle is considered to be illegal in India.
The racket was active mainly in the states of West Bengal, Jharkhand, Uttar
Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan and Kerala. The main purpose of the racket was to
smuggle thousands of cattle to the neighbouring country of Bangladesh through
the state's border. According to a conservative estimate, around 1.5 lakh
bovines are smuggled out through Bengal to Bangladesh every year. This racket,
thus, generates around Rs 150 crore as bribes every year; bribes paid to local
politicians, police, babus, and others.
6.0 ₹10,000 CRORE PDS SCAM IN WEST BENGAL IS ENORMOUS: ED
7.0 AMPHAN RELIEF SCAM: The Comptroller and Auditor General has
raised red flags over “very large number of irregularities” in distribution of
Rs 2,000 crore in house building grants by the Mamata Banerjee
government in West Bengal between
May 2020 and January 2021 for the cyclone Amphan
affected poor population of the state.

LEGAL BATTLES AND EXPENSES OF TMC
The West Bengal government’s allocation of funds to meet
legal expenses went up from ₹24 crore in 2014-15 to over ₹75 crore in
2022-23, according to information provided to HT under the Right to Information
(RTI) Act.
The total payment to Calcutta high court lawyers increased
from ₹13 crore to ₹42 crore in 2022-23. For district court lawyers,
the allocation increased from ₹6.86 Crore to ₹31 crore in the same
period. “As for the empanelled lawyers and pleaders in the district courts, the
department disburses the payment through the district magistrates,” said a

The allocation for payment of empanelled lawyers in the
fast-track courts, which is also made through the district magistrates, in 2022
was ₹4.24 crore compared to ₹4 crore in 2014-15.
The government does not have data for legal expenses between
2011 when ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) came to power and 2014, according to
information obtained under RTI.
Since 2014, the TMC-led government has moved the Supreme
Court repeatedly to challenge the orders of the Calcutta high court in multiple
cases including many handed over to federal probe agencies. The expenses toward
this are unknown, but estimated could
over Rs.50 Crore.
According to official data, 11,969 criminal cases were filed
in the High Court in 2016 with the state as a party. The number of such cases
went up to 16,035 in 2022-23.
More cases were being filed in districts against the state
government and this was among the reasons for the rise in legal expenses,
according to information obtained under RTI. In 2016, at least 22,828 such
cases were filed in the High Court, and at least 25,576 in 2022-23.
The number of criminal lawyers empanelled in the high court
(including the Jalpaiguri circuit bench) increased to 511 in 2022 from 132 in
2011. The number of civil lawyers on the panel also went up from 464 in 2011 to
726 in 2022.
Communist Party of India (Marxist) leader and senior advocate
Bikash Ranjan Bhattacharya said, “In some cases in which the political interest
of the TMC was hit, the state moved the Supreme Court and spent a huge amount
of money to hire lawyers outside its panel.”
Congress leader and advocate Koustav Bagchi, who was
arrested for alleged remarks against Banerjee in March, said if the state
government does something illegal and unconstitutional, the people would be
forced to move the court.
BJP leader Samik Bhattacharya said they have long been
demanding that the TMC government publish the details of expenses incurred in
paying Supreme Court lawyers. “Till now we have not got any response. Most of
the things, the TMC government does are anti-people and anti-democratic. So,
people have to move court.”
Estimated total legal expenses of TMC Government could be
Rs.500+ Crores being borne by exchequers.

Cost of West Bengal Government, due to highly manipulative government. If you

information.
IMPORTANT.—The legal expenses on account of BHAIPO, and his
family is unknown quantity along with Money source. Public Money may be
involved.
