7H PHASE OF ELECTION

TMC’S LAST GAMBLE

STRATEGY AND FORECAST

SARASIJ MAJUMDER

1.0 So far, BJP is having Majority in 25-26 seats. If TMC can’t manipulate the COUNTING, these many seats BJP has already won.

2.0 On 7th stage—the constituencies are :DUM DUM;BARASAT; BASIRHAT; JOYNAGAR; MATHURAPUR; DIAMONDHARBOUR; JADAVPUR; KOLKATA (N), &  (S)—Total 9.

3.0 Out of above—MATHURAPUR, BASIRHAT, AND KOL (N) shall be easy to win by BJP. They have favourable DEMOGRAPHY. Only honest, and sustained effort is needed, with routine strategy, and tactics. These 3 SEATS will enter HOME. DUM DUM is a HINDU majority constituency, but BJP’s local organization is weak. Hence it is 50%. BARASAT IS ALSO 50%.  JADAVPUR :- TMC , CPI(M), and BJP—triangular fight, and forecast difficult. SAYANI may be defeated.  JOYNAGAR & KOL(S)—is TMC.

4.0 CHAPPA VOTE: METHODOLOGY

4.1 By 8.00, TMC starts Terror by burning House/Shop , 1 or 2, of main Opposition.

4.2 Murder 1 or 2 supporter/ worker of main opposition.

4.3 Burst Crackers—several, at 3/4 min. interval.

4.4 Take VDO—make it viral.

4.5 Share VDO clips with paid YOU TUBERS of the party—they will make VDOs with NARRATIVE, and share.

4.6 All above will create large scale panic in the constituency. Many Voters will not come out to vote.

4.7 Use party workers to JAM and make long line (Q) at every selected booth. If any voter comes, will see long line, and go back—to come later. But this long line will stay. Drive out Polling Agents of opposition parties, by use of force.

4.8 After mid-day—Presiding officer, and polling officers will complete chappa vote—90-95% voting.

4.9 These are applied only in MINORITY DOMINANT Booths, and they vote for TMC.

4.10 LUNGI FOUZ undertake these activities.

4.11 Arrest them before hand, and put to Custody in the previous day,  release next day. They are known elements of Police..

5.0 I will discuss BASIRHAT, and DIAMONDHARBOUR—where TMC will try to create  TERROR, and  try CHAPPA VOTES, as stated above.

6.0 BASIRHAT:-

6.1 I am sure, if Chappa votes can be prevented, Mrs. Rekha Patro will win from BASIRHAT.  She has done lot of hard work, and reached the voters effectively. It is a HINDU MAJORITY constituency with Hind voters outnumbering Muslim voters by a Margin of over 2 Lakh, as per election data published by GOI.  And Muslim votes will be divided, and Rekhaji will get a chunk of Muslim votes also. Haji Nurul Islam from All India Trinamool Congress , and Nirapada Sardar from Communist Party Of India (Marxist) will CUT Muslim Votes, but behind in the race. BJP’s organization has to ensure that MOST OF HINDU  VOTERS CAN VOTE. ANTI-TMC mobilization is complete, with committed HINDU voters for BJP.  A senior BJP leader shall help her to organize the  Control of Booths, and management of Poling Agents.

ALERT:-- There are 1,0,000 Rohingyas, in this area, who will try to make disturbances. Strong Security Force is needed to control this.

7.0 DIAMOND HARBOUR:--

7.1 Here the problem is different.

7.2 BJP has a strong local candidate, who is well experienced.

7.3 There will be about 1,200 Booths—350 being located in minority controlled CHAPPA  areas. In all other Booths, BJP will win.

7.4 Those 350 Booths where CHAPPA happened last time, and  will be the target  of TMC to repeat CHAPPA.  There were 90-95% votes last time at those booths. And that shall be prevented.

7.5 Just prevent Chappa—Abhisek Banerjee will lose.

WHAT EMERGE:-- If Chappa can be prevented—BJP may win 5 seats, at last & 7th  stage of Election in WEST BENGAL.
