MR. MODI--SWOT ANAYSIS

SARASIJ MAJUMDER

I am a very big  admirer of Mr. MODI. And belongs to similar age group. So, he, and me- saw the same India, and lived in the same period, though groomed differently, worked in different areas, and  also in different professions.

I will present here a SWOT analysis of the RESPECTED PERSON—who is WORLD’S most popular, and IMPACTFUL political leader. Leaving Mr. Bose—there is no  other INDIAN STATESMAN & POLITICAL  LEADER, past or present-- anywhere near him.

WHAT IS “SWOT”—analysis?  It narrates an account of Strength(S), Weakness(W), Opportunity (O) and Threat (T).

LET US START:--

STRENGTH:

  1. Communication Skills: Mr. Modi is known for his effective public speaking and ability to connect with a wide range of audiences. His speeches often resonate with the public and convey a clear message.
  2. Vision for Development: He has a strong focus on economic reforms, infrastructure development, and initiatives like "Make in India," "Digital India," and "Clean India." His policies aim at economic growth, modernization, and improving India's global standing.
  3. Political Strategy and Leadership: Modi has shown a strong ability to galvanize support, manage party dynamics, and maintain a strong leadership position within the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). His leadership style often emphasizes decisiveness and action.
  4. Foreign Policy and Diplomacy: Mr. Modi has been active in enhancing India's international relations, engaging with leaders worldwide, and participating in global forums to promote India's interests.
  5. Administrative Efficiency: Under his leadership, several administrative reforms have been implemented, focusing on improving governance, transparency, and accountability.
  6. Mass Appeal and Charisma: Mr. Modi's background and personal story have endeared him to many Indians, particularly those who see him as a self-made leader who rose from humble beginnings.

These are main  strengths contribute to his popularity and influence in Indian politics and beyond.

WEAKNESS:

1.0 The biggest disadvantage ( shan’t say weakness) in the case of Mr. Modi is that he graced the political scene very late. Though he was working tirelessly since his early age,    his coming of age in public life so to say, happened quite late. At least that’s what I feel as a citizen of this nation. A citizen who is thankful to Modiji for his tireless service to us. Wish this promise of a person happened to us sooner, at least in 2004.

He would have been more energetic, would have got more time to LEAD & SHAPE INDIA’S DESTINY.

2.0 He trusts, may be without due diligence, to many people. And Muslims. He improved their condition in 10 years which they have not got in 60 years. Even they betrayed him. Particularly—Pashmina Muslims.

This proved to be his biggest weakness.

3.0 Sometimes, he pardons  his opponent , who returns to strike him back. This is in violation of CHANAKYA NITI. He should be toughest against evil persons-- no excuse.

4.0 I don’t want to discuss small things like ‘DRESS’, ‘PEN’- to remain Camera Focussed…etc, as these are very very  small  things to consider.  Also, unless he himself is well presentable—how he can present India well, and loudly?? And we know a CM corrupt to the bone, wear Sandals, Oversized Half Shirt, and keep a 10 Rupees pen in pocket, but live in a SHEESH MAHAL!

5.0 He should trust Mr. Yogi Adityanath more—and consider him as SECOND IN COMMAND. Whole Hindu India, & RSS evaluate that way.

6.0 His root is RSS—he should trust them more.

7.0 Some Slogans are wrong. I will discuss on this later.

Opportunity:

1.0 He never misused his opportunity to learn, implement, even EXPERIMENT, and become successful..

2.0 He became CM of Gujarat, and HE  was not an easy choice then by BJP. But he proved  himself to be worthy, and  successful. He is one of the all-time Best 4 C.M.s of INDIA, and Gujarat flourished during his time like never before. You can check the statistics- available in public domain.

3.0 Only excepting  GODHARA, which is a controversy from which he proved de-linked,—his tenure as C.M. was without any blemish.

4.0 As a result—he was selected to lead BJP in Election campaign in 2014.  He BJP, and NDA won.

5.0 Rest, as they say,  is HISTORY.

THREAT:

1.0 This is possibly his last term as P. M. , after which he MAY resign from Political Governance.

2.0 This third  term being his “SWAN SONG”—the QUALITION GOVERNMENT may not allow him to complete the tenure in a high note, that he may have wanted to achieve.

3.0 A rejuvenated opposition, led by an IMMATURED PERSON from DYNASTY  will be a big pain to implement his schemes, and plans. Unconquered  West Bengal  will cause some trouble.

4.0 Constant illegal immigration from Bangladesh is a great threat to India’s demography, and security—which he failed to stop, largely because of CM of West Bengal.

INCOMPLETE AGENDAS:-

1.0 Legal system of India is inherited from BRITISHERS, and they organised it to suit the RULERS, and punish the NATIONAL  PATROTS. That didn’t change over 75 years.  I don’t want to discuss in detail. I have genuine fear of ME-LORDs.

THIS SYSTEM DEMANDS TO BE CHANGED.

2.0 (SECULAR???) REPUBLIC OF INDIA SHOULD HAVE BECOME A HINDU RASHTRA.

3.0 He may have some more AGENDAS,—but these two I think—most important for security and safety of HINDUS – who are majority.
