EK HASINAJI THI

ISLAMIC RADICALIZATION OF BANGLADESH

SARASIJ MAJUMDER

Sheikh Hasina resigned and fled from her country today following nationwide anti-government demonstrations, and mass violence,  which was continuing over a month,   has ended fifteen years of her rule. The country’s army chief said that an interim government would be formed soon and it would seek justice for deaths that occurred during the last several weeks of protest. Marches that began by opposition against a QUOTA system for government jobs escalated to include broad grievances against Hasina’s government.

Though Hasina was re-elected for a fourth term in last January, critics, mainly USA, EU, and Pakistan said she turned Bangladesh into a one-party state, because the opposition had boycotted her election.

Protest started against “QUOTA” system. But it was “KAHIN PE NIGAHE, KAHIN PE NISHANA”.—(EYE IN ONE DIRECTION, AIM AT ANOTHER).

PM tried to handle it DEMOCRATICALLY. Bangladesh SC gave a judgement, which she agreed to implement—but agitation and violence continued. Many slogans were anti-INDIA, also her policy was condemned by demonstrators as “PRO INDIA” and against the interest of Bangladesh. Actually, one of the targets was Bengali Hindus.

Demonstrators spoke out also against the government’s deployment of security forces and  internet shutdowns to contain dissent. Clashes on  last Sunday alone between protesters and security forces led to almost one hundred reported deaths, the deadliest day since the protests began.

Over 500 Demonstrators died, as reported. She was using Army, and filling up jail.

In between, she went for a discussion with CHINA which failed, and she returned to Bangladesh.

Ultimately, she declared “JAMAT’ as an illegal party. Some well-informed people say that Jamat is  linked to ISI, and CIA—indirectly, through many NGOs. Her this decision  added more  FUEL to BURNING FIRE.

Some references:-

“The recent demonstrations and subsequent lethal crackdown have shocked many Bangladeshis,” CFR expert Joshua Kurlantzick writes for the Asia Unbound blog.

“It can be said unhesitatingly that over the past few weeks Bangladesh’s politics has entered a new chapter. The authors of this chapter are the youth,” the American Institute of Bangladesh Studies’ Ali Riaz writes for “Prothom Alo.”

BEGAM SHEIKH HASINA’S FUTURE.

It may be  almost certain that her political career is ‘FINISHED”.  Why she was in a hurry to declare “ JAMAT” illegal suddenly? It was a gross immature political move from the point of view of TIMING. Either it should have been done much before, or after the “ANGRY TIDE” gets over.

Almose whole of Bangladesh has reached over “BOILING” point against her, and AWAMI LEAGUE.

Even immediate future of AWAMI LEAGUE is not good, mass protestors were seen to vandalize the Statue of Bangabandhu—whose sacrifice created this country borne  out of East Pakistan.

Most of the top brass of  Awami League Leaders and Ministers  have left Bangladesh—as informed.  Some are butchered. Party workers are hunted, and hiding for life.

Madam reached INDIA on her way to future destination. We will discuss this in detail below.

She has left behind enormous wealth. Her estate also was seen to be vandalized.

Actually, it was Anti AWAMI LEAGUE, Anti HASINA, Anti Hindus of Bangladesh, and anti-India movement.  All in ONE MOVEMENT.  JAMAT thinks, removing Awami League, and Hasina will solve all of  their problem.

When Bangabandhu was assassinated, Indiraji safely brought Hasina back in India from abroad, sheltered, and India  re-instated her in Bangladesh. RAW was the architect.

And India, based on input from RAW, sent her signals during last three months—she ignored.

The Indian government has granted former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina an interim stay following the collapse of her government in the South Asian country on Monday, media reports said.

During this period, India will offer comprehensive logistical support as Hasina pursues asylum in the UK, Daily Sun reported.

Her stay in India is approved only temporarily, pending her relocation to Britain.

Now—I don’t think she has a safe haven else than INDIA.  UK, where his son is residing, has already refused to provide her political asylum. USA worked against her, and hence, any country under USA’s influence, will not allow her to enter.

We can forget 49 OIC ISLAMIC states. She is rightly, or wrongly  identified by them as a secularist,  and perhaps anti-Islam as well.

Hence,  she has become a POLITICAL, as well as a DIPLOMATIC LIABILITY for INDIA. I only hope Indian Muslims will not create any problem during  her stay in INDIA, which could be for quite some time till she find an ASYLUM, which could as well be India only..

At least one Crore + Hindu Bengalees from Bangladesh are being hunted, women are under threat of RAPE,  under threat of  forced Islamization,  and may come  to take shelter in INDIA.

We must, mercilessly sent back all Bangladeshi Muslims from INDIA to accommodate Hindus from Bangladesh. And it will not be an easy job.

All entrants shall be “BIOLOGICALLY” checked, before issuing entry permit.

In all senses—we shall treat “BANGLADESH” as “EAST PAKISTAN” , at least for the time being.

May be—India have to start again to secure her Eastern Border militarily. Rejuvenated Bangladesh may start proxy war against India with support from China, and Pakistan .

Center shall declare “EMERGENCY” in West Bengal. Handling porous Bangladesh border is most important.

  1. misjudgement of situation by Govt
, attributed to the PM, has been considered as a reason of uncontrolled attacks by students infiltrated by insurgents. there is a common agenda of hardliners everywhere and here it is not different. the hardliners are motivated and here lies the pitiable trait for a country that brings in unrest. sanctions by all is the solution for such countries.
