POST MURDER ACTIONS

In investigation of  a murder case, to find out, and arrest the CRIMINAL is the FIRST STEP. Second step is to accumulate and present EVIDENVES to prosecute him. Third step is to punish him, as per applicable provisions of LAW. Judiciary comes at the third and last stage. I failed to understand what purpose SC had to get involved, when 'LOWER COURT' has not passed any order. The stage has not reached yet, even after a 'FORT NIGHT".   However, I set below a list of 'QUESTIONS' answers of which is easy to find out by a competent 'INVESTIGATION AGENCY' and the process  will sure nab the culprit.

          1. Place of occurrence of Rape, and Murder  (Akusthala)   is not unknown.

 

2.     It is also known who were in the hospital at that précised time.

3.     It is not difficult to know who broke Nirbhaya's car.

 

4.     It is also  known who gave the wrong information.

 

5.     It doesn't take long to find out who tried to cover a ‘RAPE  & MURDER’ case as 'SUICIDE'.

 

6.     It is well known who is the most powerful yet  a Criminal person  in the hospital, and his associates.

 

7.     It is also known who prevented other college doctors from entering the College and Hospital,  the day after the murder.

 

8.     It is not difficult to know who broke the CCTV,  and who broke the bathroom.

 

9.     It is not difficult to find out  the call list of Principal and Sanjay.

10. It is not difficult to know how the 'Important People' arrived at the hospital for an important  meeting within half an hour after the incident at  that night.

11. It is not difficult to know who all  were in a hurry to burn Nirbhaya's corpse.

 

12. It is also known who were on duty that night.

 

13. It is also  known who made the roster.

 

14. It is not difficult to know who last called Nirbhaya.

 

15. NOW, from 1 to 14 above, if you find answer, and analyze—Is it difficult to find out  who was, rather were the murderers?

 

16. In fact, the police or CBI will not do anything except killing the time at the behest of their bosses.

17. Do we expect ME- LORDS  at Delhi to deliver Justice??? The Judgement delivered  and  available in the internet, doesn’t indicate that. The 21 number advocates representing WB Govt, headed by inauspicious Mr. Kapil Sibbal  was quite aggressive in defending their Client. What a colossal wastage of Tax Payers’ money to hide, and save Criminals legally!

18. The Judiciary Possibly Put The Matter In The Cold Storage Of National Task Force,  National Consensus, Safety And Security, Creating Safe Working Conditions, Etc. In  All futuristic talks!

19.  POST MORTEM REPORT:--

19.1) Due to abnormal sexuality and genital torture, deep wounds were found on the private parts of the NIRVAYA.

19.2) To stop screaming, the nose, mouth and throat were continuously pressed, due to strangulation the thyroid cartilage was broken. 

19.3) The head was pressed against the wall so that she could not scream, injuries were found on the stomach, lips, fingers and left leg.

19.4) Attacked with so much force that pieces of the glasses entered her eyes, bleeding from both the eyes, mouth and private parts.

19.5) Scratch marks made by the nails of the accused were found on her face, which shows that the victim had struggled a lot to save herself.

20 . The people have to understand now,  how they can deliver the ‘JUSTICE’, if they want. Days of Candles are over.  We had too many 'NIRVAYS"-- since Chopra case way back at the then  'RIDGE ROAD' at New Delhi.
