A: SOME PAST RECORDS OF RAPE IN INDIA  FOR MENTAL ORIENTATION:

In 2012 they didn't just rape her, they played with her GENITALS.   This was in Delhi and they named her Nirbhaya. A Juvenile, Old enough to Rape, is released, by ME LORD!

In 2017 they didn't just rape her, they hung her on a tree. This was in Unnao and they named her Nirbhaya 2.

In 2019 they didn't just rape her, they burnt her alive. This was in Hyderabad and they named her Nirbhaya 3.

Wheel of Indian Judiciary took 32 years to punish the RAPISTS of ‘AJMIR’ incident. The names tell where the disease is.

Over decades the FAMILY OF VICTICMS are suffering and getting no justice from social evil as degrading as rape  & killing brutally, and beyond. It is our duty to force the  Judiciary’s hand  to DELIVER JUSTICE. BUT—HOW? They don’t listen to people like you, and me—whatever may be our total number!

B:PUNISHMENT IN OTHER COUNTRIES, INDIA COMPARED:-

1.0. China. No trial. Death penalty based on Medical Evidence.

2.0 Islamic Countries:-- Mostly Death Penalty. Executed within 7-10 days. Otherwise, Life TERM IMPRISONMENT.

3.0 Europe:- Varying. Capital Punishment  to Life Term Imprisonment. Justice delivered before completing a month of FIR.

4.0 USA, CANADA, & OTHER SIMILAR COUNTRIES:-- Life Imprisonment.

5.0 INDIA: Demonstration, Dharna, Police Destroys Evidences, Investigation Commission, Compromise, Bribe, Criticism of the girl/Women  victim, Media trial, Politicization, Bail, Charge sheets filed for  years, Case running for years,  Insult and Humiliation of Family Members, AND FINALLY THE CULPRIT IS GENERALLY RELEASED FOR WANT OF EVIDENCES.

B: R.G.KAR—PRESENT INCIDENT.

1.      The Incident - The victim , another NIRVAY, got to know about few House Staffs & one Intern who were running an organ trafficking, medicine smuggling (sex & drug racket as well ) along with full support from hospital authorities, including the principal. This woman objected & threatened to expose them. For the last 2 months, they were harassing her in all the possible ways.

2.      *SHOCKING* - The money from this illegal organ & medicine smuggling/sex/drug racket used to go into the pockets of the TMC leaders, everyone including the principal had their share of this pie.

3.      She was murdered in the Hospital premise—as per Coroners report—between 4.00 to 5.00 a.m.. But, it couldn’t be ascertained whether it was POST MURDER RAPE, OR POST RAPE MURDER. And more than one culprit was involved—confirming a GANG OPERATION.

4.      Her mother reached the hospital and was told that it was a case of suicide, and she was  not allowed to see her body immediately. Her mother says that she kept pleading and begging to be allowed to see her daughter's  dead body, but she was refused. She was allowed to see the dead body about 12 hours after her death.

5.      A Bluetooth device found near the dead body helped in arresting the accused Sanjay Roy who is a Kolkata Police civic volunteer .

6.      *Real Culprits -* Sanjoy Roy may be a participant-- but a scapegoat only, made in order to protect the alleged perpetrators Arshean Alam, Shahbaz Khan, Golam Azam and Subhadip Mahapatra, son of  a TMC leader Soumen Mahapatra who is currently underground .  Another son of a TMC MLA has been accused(not yet confirmed)

7.      *Coverup*-- The principal  dismissed the case as a "suicide",  and raised the question—why the Victim went to a vacant room??? The police  tried to botch up the investigation so that the real perpetrators are not caught, the principal, administration, police  (under the instruction of the state Gov.) played a major role in trying to cover up this massive racket.

8.      *Sabotage & Media's Disinformation Campaign* - The masses came out in numbers on the night of 14th August for a silent & peaceful protest. Taking advantage of this opportunity at around midnight, About 1000++  goons hired by the TMC broke into RG KAR, destroyed all the evidence of these illegal smuggling rackets and were given a safe passage way by the police. In the RG KAR, video went viral in Social Media,  can be clearly seen how the police reluctantly let the protestors go inside the building.

9.      Was it the mismanagement of the police or were they under specific information to let certain goons disguised as "protestors" to ransack the college and destroy all evidences? The sold out media especially TV Channels started propagating as if the protestors started pelting stones and then broke into the college.

10.  High Court made stinging remark on Police, and Hospital authority, and handed over the case to CBI.

11.  Complete whitewash of all the evidences of the  crimes while painting the silent protestors as the "violent crowd" . A Master plot!!

12.  But if you think deeply, the issue is not at all about killing doctors, it is not even about hospital or workplace safety, it is not even about women's protection or women's freedom. The issue is one and only, the unbridled corruption that has been running freely for a long  long time and the confident head held high that I have done what it takes to spread the money wherever it needs to be; So, I am beyond LAW.

13.  SC took Suo-Moto cognizance.  The Supreme Court orders removal of name, photos and video clips of Kolkata rape and murder victim from social media platforms; Sets up task force to ensure safety of medical professionals. The Supreme Court hears Kolkata doctor rape and murder case; Sets up National Task Force to ensure safety of medical professionals.  A bench led by Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, while hearing the case regarding the rape and murder of a doctor at a Kolkata hospital, directed the task force to submit its interim report within three weeks and the final report within two months. 

14.  TOO LATE—ME LORD. TWO WEEKS WOULD HAVE BEEN RIGHT TIME. THIS IS NOT CIVIL CASE. NOT EVEN ORDINARY CRIMINAL CASE.

15.  SHE has created many FRANKESEITNES, and issued them  licenses to demonize as they please, She has  given the greedy people a license to hoard black money, She has  given the lumpen brats annual grants, She has placed the miscreants in every place of  livelihood, at every level to extort.

16.  SHE thinks—these bribed, and purchased LUMPENS and Criminals, along with State Police and  Minority will keep her kingdom alive—forever!!!The Buffalow Queen Demoness will reign IMMORTAL!!

17.  And rightly so.  Sarada, Narada, Teachers’ Scam, Coal 7 Cattle smuggling--- SHE FOUND THAT SHE UNTOUCHABLE.

18.  There is no shortage of criminals in the rest of the  world.  But they are kept on TIGHT LEASH  by Administration  (READ POLICE)  and JUDICIARY . India is the EXCEPTION!!

ACTION REQUESTED:--

FOR PEOPLE:-It's time to burn the culprits and not the candles.

FOR GOI: It's high time for the govt to pass a bill for capital punishment for rapists.  NO TRIAL, IF MEDICAL EVIDENCES CONCLUDE.  When currency can be stopped overnight, when special session can be called to increase the salary of politicians, when Parliament can remain open all night for trust votes, wondering what is delaying to pass a stringent law against rape, and above all, ME-LORD grants Bail in hours in MID-NIGHT, this is a legitimate request.

FOR PEOPLE OF WEST BENGAL:--The whole West Bengal Government is suffering from an incurable disease of CANCER—CANCER of Corruption. Immersing the system of this  Government-- Lock-Stock- and Barrel - in Bay of Bengal can only be the solution.
