LOVE-JIHAD STRIKES AGAIN

Auto driver Dawood Sheikh was arrested in 2019 for molesting Yashashri Shinde when she was a minor, convicted and went to JAIL.

After coming out jail, it appears, he reestablished contact with her.

On 25th July, Yashashri's parents filed a police complaint regarding  disappearance of Yashashri.

Two days later, on 27th July, her body was found dumped in bushes near a railway track in Navi Mumbai's Uran. Yashashri sustained three stab wounds on her waist and back. Reports revealed numerous injuries to her private parts, which was crushed, broken bones, and additional stab wounds on her stomach and back. Her chest bore several injury marks. The face was so badly damaged that it was unrecognisable......

Now, the police have sent medical reports to verify whether she was raped before being killed and have also formed teams to search for the accused Dawood Sheikh, who is believed to be absconding.

 A case under Section 103 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) has been registered for murder. The police said in case of rape is proven in the post-mortem, further Sections will be added to the FIR.

DAWWOOD was found, and arrested on 30th July.

THE BACKGROUND:

According to the complaint, Dawood had been following Yashashri to her classes and had once threatened her, demanding she spend time with him. He attempted to coerce her into a relationship and  was even caught red-handed, forcefully talking to and harassing her. “He had forced my daughter, who is only 15 years old. My daughter resisted. He also molested her  and forced her to come close to him. He ignored constant resistance from my daughter,” Surendra, the father of Yashashri mentioned in the complaint filed in the year 2019.......

Since she was a minor in 2019, a case was registered under Sections 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Sections 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. Dawood was arrested and imprisoned for six months. After his release, he went to Karnataka but later returned to Mumbai, allegedly seeking revenge.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

The 2019 FIR (number: 175/2019) accused Dawood of molesting Yashashri, media reports suggest it might be a case of a “love affair gone wrong.” Call records indicated that she had been talking to Dawood several hours.
Reports indicated that Yashashri had a tattoo of Dawood’s name beneath her chest.

Local media accessed CCTV footage related to the incident, revealing that the accused had been monitoring Yashashri in the Uran area. The footage shows Yashashri walking through a street in Uran on  July 25. Ten minutes later, Dawood Sheikh is seen following her, suggesting that the attack may have been premeditated and that Yashashri was stalked by the accused on the day of the incident...

She worked at AMII Business Support Solution in Belapur but was on leave that day. She had left home saying she would visit a friend and return soon. When she did not come back by 7:45 pm, her family reported her missing.

The police contacted the family to inform them that a body had been found near the petrol pump in Kotnaka, Uran taluka. The body was severely mutilated, and the face was disfigured, and smashed  beyond recognition, may be,  by STONE.  Yashashri’ s father was able to identify her by her clothing and accessories.

The suspect, Dawood Sheikh, has admitted to the crime and has been arrested from his hometown of Gulbarga, Karnataka, on July 30.

He has been booked under Section 103 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) for murder.

WHAT EMERGE:

1.0  It is a ‘PRE-MEDIETED’ murder. Fully planned.

2.0   Act, and Method  of Murder was ‘BRUTAL’, signifying taking ‘REVENGE’ was another part of the motive.

3.0  Criminal disfigured the face to avoid identification of the ‘VICTIM’.

4.0  The Criminal returned to his home state thinking that the body can’t be identified, and he is safe.

5.0  He confessed easily expecting a lenient punishment.

6.0  The VICTIM  knew the Murderer.

 

SOCIAL  VERDICT:--

Law will take it’s own course. But my request to ‘ME-LORDS’ that the Punishment shall be exemplary, and must help to bring some social awareness of this present ‘EVIL’ that taking innocent lives.

At reference 4.0, a list of 60 LOVE-JIHAD victims who lost their lives after being STALKED, ELOPED, or Marrying a Muslim Man is reported.  Actual case may be more. And the report is dated 9 June, 2023. As on today, it will exceed 70 numbers or more.

I strongly recommend 'INTER CAST' marriage amongst Hindus; and at the same time, strongly against interfaith marriage  with MUSLIMS. Result, I have seen in India, and abroad -- is far from good. Even between a Christian, and a Muslim.

Killing is natural to a Muslim, as we have observed in history, and killing  a ‘KEFFIR’ woman after rape is enjoying in present life, as well as ensuring the same  in after life with ‘  HOURI HAVING GORGEOUS EYES, LIKE PRISTINE PEARLS ’ in BEHEST .
