OPERATION SINDOOR-2 TRUCE ACHIEVED-- BY SARASIJ MAJUMDER

‘BBC ON TRIAL’
IS RESPONSE TO BBC documentary ‘India: The Modi Question’
‘BBC’ SPREADED PACK OF CURATED LIES
SARASIJ MAJUMDER
Over a Century, Brick by Brick—BBC built a highly decorated image of a STRONG PILLAR OF IMPARTIAL JOURNALISM.
That PILLAR now lies in RUBBLE! And BBC is only responsible for that.
But, first look at who are owning BBC.
From April 2017 the BBC Board is - regulated by Ofcom. Ofcom is the regulator and competition authority for the UK communications industries. It regulates the TV and radio sectors, fixed line telecoms, mobiles, postal services, plus the airwaves over which wireless devices operate. Ofcom works with the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology. As per reports, 99.99% of ‘BBC World Service India’s shares are owned by its UK-based public broadcaster.
I strongly suggest—BBC shall be thrown out of INDIA.
And all its programs are syndicated lies. The one I refer here is-“India: The Modi Question”-- aired as a ‘DOCUMENTARY’ with BBC stamp. Available in YOU TUBE.
From ethical point of view, BBC completely manipulates the information, and dishes out in NEWS, and MEDIA. And it is totally ANTI INDIA, and Anti Hindu. For long—it has gone unchallanged.
It will be an understatement, if we say that BBC couldn’t come out of colonial legecy, and complex.
With the launch of ‘BBC On Trial’ at Jaipur Dialogues 2024, INDIA now confronts this organization’s dark legacy — one that has inflicted immense harm on global narratives, of all British Colonies, particularly regarding India.
The BBC has a very long reach--- on every corner of the World. Billions of minds—speaking English, and educated in some kind of British system in any country—get influenced by its LIES, and HALF TRUTHS. This organization spread HATREDS, INCITES VIOLENCE, in a very sophisticated manner, and divide societies.
The documentary ‘BBC On Trial’ ` investigates the methods by which the BBC has wielded this power and the impact it has had not just on India, but on former colonies and global geopolitics. The BBC is no longer just a broadcaster—it is a WMD, a weapon of mass disinformation, capable of destabilising entire nations with its skewed narratives.
THE COLONIAL LEGACY: A TOOL FOR CONTROL
The BBC was formed out of the British Empire’s need for whitewashing it’s crimes in Colonys, and support the Imperialism. Established under a royal charter in 1927, its immediate purpose was to govern, and manipulate mass communication and shape public opinion in ways that aligned with British imperial interests. While the empire may have officially fallen, the colonial mindset within the BBC has persisted. From its inception, the BBC has propagated narratives that reinforce Western hegemony while marginalising voices from the Global South.
This is particularly evident in its coverage of India, which was the "jewel in the crown" of the British Empire. The BBC’s portrayal of the subcontinent has been riddled with bias and misinformation. India’s independence may have been achieved in 1947, but the battle for fair representation in Western media continues, with the BBC consistently portraying India in a negative light— as "A dirty land of Fakirs, Snakes, Snakes Charmers, Bullock Carts, Cows, Tigers and Elephants.”
BBC has regularly undermined India's sovereignty, manipulated narratives around its leadership, and ignored its cultural and economic achievements, all the while maintaining a veneer of impartiality, which if you scratch, will find very very thin!
ANTI-HINDU AND ANTI-INDIA BIAS WITHOT ETHICS:
BBC has systematically pushed an anti-Hindu, anti-India agenda, particularly in its recent coverage of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the rise of Hindu patriotism. This bias is not only harmful but dangerous, distorting the truth and feeding global misconceptions about India’s socio-political landscape.
The BBC documentary ‘India: The Modi Question’ is a glaring example of this bias. Branded as investigative journalism, it is nothing more than a hit job designed to vilify India’s democratically elected leadership and fuel divisions along religious and cultural lines. A collective of 133 high-ranking civil servants, retired army officers, and diplomats condemned the documentary as an attempt to resurrect imperial fantasies. To answer this, we must portray Britain's own colonial atrocities, such as the Bengal Famine, and Jallianwala Bagh… to name a few.
At the end, it divided India in HINDU-MUSLIM religious line, and was responsible for riots, and large scale migration in 1947.

JAI HIND.
BBC used to be my first choice of news channel. It was during COVID period that I started realising major shift in its news themes and I did not feel happy to continue. I think the time of Englishmen considering themselves being unbiased, except during colonial period, is not any more so.
ReplyDeleteBBC was never unbiased. Nehru's education taught us 'BBC' is GOSPHEL. Now we are knowing more informations from Social Media. BBC is getting exposed! But it is a 'SHAMELESS' organization.
