SARASIJ MAJUMDER

C.M. Was Respectable Health Minister, And Still She Didn’t Act.

Sandeep Ghosh was elevated from the post of MSVP of Chittaranjan Medical College to the post of Principal of RG Kar Medical College at the age of 50, year 2021,  and our story  started from there.

Nepotism-1

His wife was transferred from same previous College to RG Kar Medical College,  within 7 days of  Mr. Ghosh  assuming the post of Principal of RG Kar Medical College. Did Respectable Health Minister know, and  approve this??

Incident-1

There was a  massive student agitation in that college within a few months of Sandeep’s appointment as Principal at RG Kar Medical College. WHY??

Action-1

The chairperson, Rogi Kalyan Samiti; MSVP ; and Deputy Superintendent of RG Kar Medical College – total 3 important persons were transferred Soon after Sandeep took charge. WHY???

Action-2

WHY  & WHY the post of Chairperson of Patient Welfare Association of RG Kar Medical College was changed to Musical Chair, and person changed four times till now?

No Action by Respected Health Minister--1

When almost all the newspapers and TV channels of the state were reporting one after another corruptions of Sandeep Ghosh, why Respectable Health Minister did not order investigation?? WHY??

 Protection--1

Sandeep Ghosh was transferred two times and the order was surprisingly revoked within days. Why, Madam Respectable Health Minister ??

Action-3 (Vindictive)

Why  2 medical students were not given internship completion certificate even after completion of requisite terms and period,  and they had to go to  court. Why???

Protection--2

Respectable Health Minister did not ACT when the Chairman of the Patient Welfare Association,  submitted a complaint to the highest authority about Sandeep Ghosh's multiple corruption cases with specific facts and evidence. WHY?

Protection-3

When the then Deputy Superintendent (Non-Medical) of RG Kar Medical College made a written complaint to the Health Department about the multiple corruptions of Sandeep Ghosh, no investigation was made. WHY?

Action-4 (Vindictive)

There were complaints of forcing qualified students  failed in the medical examination by corrupt examiners on instruction from above, as well as  awarding baskets of marks to in-eligible students. Was it investigated, Respectable Health Minister??

Action-5 (Vindictive)

There were complaints one after another about  out of the rule promotion-transfer- and posting in the health department. Have you ordered investigation, Respectable Health Minister.

Callous Administration-1

Respectable Health Minister did not bother to review, when there was farce in the name of election in Medical Council.

Callous Administration-2

Respectable Health Minister knew nothing when the same person became Chairman of Patient Welfare Association of two medical colleges of Calcutta, highest post of Health Recruitment Board, highest post of WBMC for his extraordinary (??) efficiency.  Does it not violate RULES of One Person—One Post?

Action-6 (Vindictive)

Top officials like DME, DHS were removed to unimportant OSD post without giving any official reason several times in the last five years.  What were the reasons, any investigation done, Respectable Health Minister?

Callous & Corrupt  Administration-3

Respectable Health Minister  closed her eyes, and ears, when the threat culture was freely reigning in every hospital in all Medical colleges under State Government of West Bengal.

Protection—4 (Syndicate Protection)

Respectable Health Minister remained ignorant when the people of the Syndicate  Gang were roaming in one after another medical colleges of the state (from RG Kar Medical College to Burdwan Medical College, Rampur hat Medical College to Kalyani Medical College).

Nepotism--2

An ophthalmologist from North Bengal became an official public health expert by some amazing divine intervention! Respectable Health Minister Still Didn’t Notice.

CRIME--1

When a post graduate medical student of RG Kar Medical College was raped and murdered while on duty, when some familiar faces of the health system gathered around her dead body, when some specially recruited Lumpens jump freely on the platform,  Respectable Health Minister Pleaded Ignorance, and took no action!?!?!?

EVEN SOME OF THE ABOVE ARE TRUE,TIME HAS COME TO FORCE OUT  PRESENT RESPECTABLE HEALTH MINISTER, WHO ALSO IS HONOURABLE CM OF WEST  BENGAL.
