LEGALLY CAN'T BE  DESIGNATED “MUSLIM AREA” IN INDIA

BAHRAICH:-- MUSLIMS KILLED HINDU ON PUJA PROCESSION: Ram Gopal Mishra, 22 year old is murdered. More horrifying information has emerged regarding the torture that the extremists inflicted on 22-year-old Ram Gopal Mishra before his death, reported JAGRAN. His body was riddled with injury marks. His fingernails were ripped off.

He was shot after suffering horrific physical torment and agony from several blows and bullet pellets that tore apart his body from the chest to the neck. Notably, the post-mortem report confirmed the allegations of torture before death by the family members of the victim. But, the authorities are refusing to share the report, claiming it’s a directive from higher-ups. Whom they are protecting???

All the criminals are all related to, or from  to local unit---- “NEPAL MADRASA”. Only five are arrested . All ARE  MUSLIMS.

India Must Reject Muslim Appeasement IN ALL FORMS.  No Case For double-standard for Policing In "Muslim Areas", as there is no such thing as “MUSLIM AREA”.

Many policemen privately accept that there are many no-go areas for Non- Muslims, and which  are created  by Muslims, where they have Numerical Majority..

The murder of Ram Gopal Mishra in Bahraich by a Muslim group is noteworthy not just for its brutality but for the essential callousness of Local Police of  the subject province of India.

The details of who provoked whom during a Durga Puja procession are absolutely insignificant here, and everywhere. For sake of argument—I state that PROVOCATION doesn’t give right to KILL. The police, after failing in their duty,  seemed keen to suggest that if any Hindu procession passes through a “Muslim area” or plays loud music in front of a mosque, it is essentially a provocation to Muslims, and Police is not responsible for consequence. THIS IS UTTER RUBBISH, & NOT ACCEPTABLE..

A Mint report quoted Bahraich Superintendent of Police (SP) Vrinda Shukla as saying that the procession in Mahasi Maharajganj was passing by a mosque “through a Muslim area... The groups argued on some issues... A person from the Hindu community died after bullets were fired at him ... At various  places,  and  VISARJAN (immersion) was stopped.”

So, as per the rule book of State Police, immersions of a DEITY after “PUJA”  by the majority community have to be suspended to appease a belligerent minority!!! EVEN SECULARISM DOESN’T PERMIT THIS!! AND WHO ISSUED THIS RULE BOOK???

The issue here  is, who has authorized Police to designate any area of any Indian state  as “Muslim Area” ??? And apply 'Law exempted boundary'??

It is a case of breach of Service Rule, and Conduct—leading to a murder. By miscreants. All police, whoever was present there—shall be tried for this charge! The Police is paid by People to protect people, by maintaining law, and order. If that is breached-- POLICE SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE,  AND TRIED IN COURT OF LAW!

Just recently,  the Supreme Court threw an apoplectic fit when a Karnataka High Court judge referred to a Muslim-dominated locality in Bengaluru as “Pakistan.” The concerned judge ultimately  apologised.

In May 2021, the Madras High Court ruled that no one can object to another community’s use of public roads merely because the area has more people from one community (in this case a Muslim majority). 

But the SP of Bahraich, who is employed by the state, and is governed by the service rules, clearly has a pre-conceived idea that any Hindu procession or event near a Muslim-majority locality or a Muslim Structure must be legally concluded as  a “NO-GO AREA,”  for HINDUS!!! What Nonsense???

Did  Police paid by Muslims, to tow their lines?? Is India a MUSLIM STATE?

I want to highlight that this  inept and casual attitude of Police made the Muslims bold enough  to gather a MOB, and attack HINDUS, in all religious cases of intolerance. This how the RIOT starts.

MUSLIMS of India are not above the LAW of the country.

SP has to be made responsible and held responsible for this murder, along with the local police who were present at the spot.

Unfortunately, Congress has made Hindus' living as if they are  a second-class citizen under Muslim influence. Mohandas openly advocated this around 1947.

The Indian state, from the time of the Khilafat movement, when MOHANDAS accepted the Muslim demand for the restoration of the Caliphate in Turkey as he thought that this was how he could build Hindu-Muslim unity. On another occasion, Gandhi refused to condemn the Muslim who killed SWAMI SHRADDHANANDA  of the Arya Samaj. He also did not condemned the brutal Moplah assault on Hindus, which lead to  forced conversions in Kerala. Otherwise, Hindu would have been more in number in Kerala, and Kerala may not become largely neutral to Sanatan Dharma. Muslim population would have been less than 10 % there today, instead of 27%.

Gandhi’s Muslim Appeasement was defined as “secular”, and all political  leaders in post-independence India, towed the line for ‘VOTE BANK’. There is a crooked  justification that after partition Muslims needed to feel safe here. But, in the first place, why they decided to stay in INDIA, after dividing the country on ‘TWO NATION THEOREY?’ Muslim population proportionately grew in India and diminished in the neighbourhood states, and even as Muslims proved to be a dependable vote bank for “secular” parties, appeasement has become the norm. 

In today’s India, despite the fact that some states are ruled by the allegedly “Hindu nationalist” Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the police forces tend to deal with Muslim recalcitrance with kid gloves. Many policemen privately accept that there are some  areas dominated by Muslims where they require a large force to make arrests or restore law and order. 

I request Mr. Home Minister to tackle this problem, and sluggishness strongly—and please don’t hesitate to ‘CHARGE SHEET’, leading to enquiry, and termination of corrupt, and negligent Police personnel.
