DELHI ELECTION-2025

.FOLLOWING IS NOT AN EXIT POLE.

BACKGROUND  REVIEW:

The number of registered voters in Delhi has increased to 1,55,24,858 as compared to 1,47,18,119 as on January 22, 2024, according to the final electoral roll published by the office of the chief electoral officer (CEO) of Delhi on last Monday.

The Delhi CEO’s office said it has received an unprecedented number of 5.1 lakhs form-6 for new enrolment in the last 20 days ??!!??

Based on some ground information received, it is learnt that a sizable number of Muslim population arrived in DELHI in the last seven days!!! They are lodged in  Muslim GHETTOS, Mosques and Madrasas.

If we review, Delhi has about 11% Muslim voters, 31% SC and equivalent category. Large amount of them are SLUM DWELLERS! ROHINGAS, and Bangladeshis are additional voters!

Together, they constitute 45++% votes, which was earlier Congress votes, before AAP arrived in the scene in 2012. Since then those were CAPTIVE VOTES of ‘JHAROO’ Party.

AAP secures about 55% of total votes casted, in the last two Assembly Elections. The 10% balance comes from ‘MUFFTKHORS’—as AAP provides free Bijli, Pani, Bus ride, Sr. Citizens’ Tirtha Yatra etc. Those are Votes purchased by ‘FREEBIES”!

About 35% of the Voters are Traders, Businessmen, Higher Middle Class, Upper Class including  Uchcha Varna people, who are mostly committed voters of BJP.

Unfortunately, IITEANS in Delhi generally  vote for AAP, whose face is Mr. Kejriwal—himself being an Ex-IITEAN!

About 5% are Congress voters. They remained committed to Congress,  as of now. These are some Loyalty Votes of Dynasty, and some are purchased votes.

Before the rise of the Aam Aadmi Party in 2012, there used to be a direct fight between Congress and BJP in Delhi. During this period, except for 1993, Congress did not get less than 40 percent votes in any assembly election. Equation changed after arrival of ‘JHAROO’ in the scene!!!

In Delhi Election—it is the Middle Class, and some part of SC, which vote for BJP in Parliament Election—and vote for AAP in Assembly Election. The outcome is—BJP wins all 7 seats in Parliament elections, and AAP wins 60+ SEATS IN ASSEMBLY ELECTIONS. FREEBIES are the cause, my soul!

KEY ISSUES FOR VOTERS (but they ignored):-

1.0   Damaged, and Dirty Roads. No maintenance!!

2.0   Water,  Sewerage, and Storm Water drainage Problems.

3.0   Very High level of Environmental Pollution including Jamuna water.

4.0   ZERO CIVIC DEVELOPMENT in last 10 years.

5.0   CORRUPTION  &   GHOTALAS.

PRESENT SCENERIO:--

It is A (AAP) ,B  (BJP), C (CONGRESS) contest on paper.

Congress is putting in all its efforts to regain its lost political ground in Delhi. Along with fielding strong candidates, Congress leaders are busy cornering the Aam Aadmi Party. AAP is making sharp statements about their leadership. The party's strategists are trying to make the election contest triangular in some way. Congress has fielded 47 candidates. Sandeep Dixit, son of former Chief Minister Sheila Dixit, is fielded against AAP convenor and former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. He has called Kejriwal a traitor and an opportunist. Sandeep Dixit met LG and demanded action against Kejriwal and Atishi by complaining about registration in their   schemes and misuse of Punjab police in the elections.

Experienced Congress leader & former mayor Farhad Suri is fighting from Jangpura against AAP's other big leader Manish Sisodia. Chief Minister Atishi may not find it easy from Kalkaji. Devendra Yadav is in the election fray from Badli. Former minister Asim Ahmed Khan, former MLA Abdul Rehman, and Devendra Sehrawat who joined Congress from AAP are also fighting.

Congress National Treasurer Ajay Maken called support to Kejriwal in 2013 making him the Chief Minister as well as  this time the alliance with AAP in the Lok Sabha were  big mistakes.

However,  reality may be  different.  STILL ‘C’ may be  nowhere. But, they may harm ‘AAP’ in some localities.

Why is Aam Aadmi Party's anxiety increased?

It is afraid of the division of anti-BJP votes in case of a triangular contest. This is the reason why AAP leaders are accusing the Congress of helping the BJP.

Corruption allegations have been made by bringing a white paper, and court cases has taken out the sheen of ‘HONEST’ brand from the face of AAP. AAP may get still votes—but a large number of middle class Voters may change side this time.

Particularly—after ‘BJP’ has announced that “FREEBIES WILL NOT BE WITHDRAWAN, IF BJP COMES IN POWER”. AAP is frightened!

AAP’s game plan is not to have a ‘TRIANGULAR FIGHT’.

Bringing other leaders of INDIAA in its support, AAP is trying to prevent the Delhi elections from becoming triangular. AAP has also been successful in getting the support of SP chief Akhilesh Yadav, and RJD—but their support will not add to anything.

A new survey recently released in December regarding Delhi Assembly elections 2025 has created a stir in the political arena. This survey has been done by C-Voter, in which interesting data has emerged regarding the upcoming election results of Delhi.

The survey found that 51% people believe that this time also the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government can be formed again, while 42% people have said that there can be a change of power in Delhi.

But, things may have changed during last one and a half month, towards BJP. Mr. Shah, and Mr. Yogi certainly influenced some voters.

And--'यमुनामें जहर '-- this speech, may bring trouble for AK--49. Case is already filed-for violation of  provisions of 192, 196(1), 197(1), 248(a),  and 299 of BNS.

HOW DELHI CONDUCTED ITS ELECTION:-

Security has been beefed up across polling booths in Delhi as voting was underway. About 3,000 polling booths was identified as sensitive, with special security arrangements, including Drone surveillance, at some locations. Ramping up security, Delhi Police has stationed additional forces at sensitive booths, with Quick Reaction Teams (QRTs) deployed to maintain law and order.

Special arrangements have been made for senior citizens and persons with disabilities, with 733 polling stations designated for accessibility. The Election Commission has set up a Queue Management System (QMS) app, allowing voters to monitor crowd levels in real time. As many as 6,980 out of 7,553 eligible voters under the home voting facility have already cast their ballots by 9.00 a.m.

Day was Bright, Sunny, and mid of the week. People were out for casting their votes.  BJP may be the ‘DARK HORSE’ this time!!
