THE RECENT EXODUS

SIR & IFA-25

SARASIJ MAJUMDER

Large amount of Misinformation are spreading around ‘SIR’—particularly in West Bengal, by TMC Cadres, Leaders, Supporters, and Sympathisers. ‘GHUS-PETIA” – the illegal Muslim immigrants are backbone of TMC Votes, apart from ‘A-B-C-D-… Shree’ benefit holders, Clubs, and Harmads.

I keep  aside the TERROR part. In Bihar—in recent assembly election—nobody died, no re-voting required for   any BOOTH—and no Vote Loot! What a shame for West Bengal!

Kerala also playing same game like West Bengal, but more silently!

For posterity—I prepared this BLOG, and sharing for honest but un-informed citizens of India.

SIR ( Special Intensive Revision):

The SIR's aim and  effort is to "Ensure That No Eligible Citizen Is Left Out While No Ineligible Person Is Included In The Electoral Roll." As per the notification, the new electoral roll will only be released after claims and objections have been resolved.

“SIR” has developed an exhaustive list to screen this “Eligible Citizen” from ‘ILLEGAL ONES’.

I have produced the list below:-

List of Indicative (not Exhaustive) Documents:

1. Any Identity card/Pension Payment Order issued to regular employee/pensioner of any Central Govt./State Govt./PSU.

2. Any Identity Card/Certificate/Document issued in India by Government/local authorities/Banks/Post Office/LIC/PSUs prior to 01.07.1987.

3. Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority.

4. Passport.

5. Matriculation/Educational certificate issued by recognized Boards/universities.

6. Permanent Residence certificate issued by competent State authority.

7. Forest Right Certificate.

8. OBC/SC/ST or any caste certificate issued by the Competent authority.

9. National Register of Citizens (wherever it exists).

10. Family Register, prepared by State/Local authorities.

11. Any land/house allotment certificate by Government.

12. For Aadhaar, Commission’s directions issued vide letter No. 23/2025-ERS/Vol.II dated 09.09.2025 shall apply. That Means:

“Regarding Aadhaar, the Supreme Court has clarified that its use must comply with the Aadhaar Act. Section 9 of the Act states that Aadhaar cannot serve as proof of domicile or citizenship. Similarly, several Supreme Court rulings have confirmed that Aadhaar is not proof of date of birth. In line with this, the Aadhaar authority has issued notifications emphasizing this point…” CEC Gyanesh Kumar said.

This means that THE AADHAAR CARD will be accepted only as the proof of identity, and NOT AS PROOF OF BIRTH, RESIDENCE OR CITIZENSHIP.

PROCEDURE OF ‘SIR’:---

1. THIS PHASE IS OVER.

2. House to House Enumeration Phase: 4th Nov to 4th Dec 2025---- RUNNING.

3. Publication of Draft Electoral Rolls 9th Dec 2025.

4. Claims & Objection Period 9th Dec 2025 to 8th Jan 2026.

5. Notice Phase (Hearing & Verification ) 9th Dec 2025 to 31st Jan 2026.

6. Publication of Final Electoral Rolls 7th Feb 2026.

If you look at the list—you may be sure that Sl. 1 to 8 will take care of most of the eligible genuine citizens, who gets NOTICE.

9-11will cover all the balanced persons, who are uneducated, and from marginalized segment.

10. Those who will still get excluded, will apply through CAA, if he isa BONAFIDE CITIZEN, belonging to  Hindu, Jain, Parsi, Shikh, Buddhist and Christian.

MY EXPERIENCE:

One BLO (a local person) has to cover one BOOTH only,  which has Maximum 1500 voters. In our Complex, having over 1100 voters in the Housing society, which is a 7 numbers 10 storied building complex. Two BLO completed the job  in two days, sitting in our A.C. Community Hall. No Sweat!!

They were provided with Tea , and Lunch at our association’s expense.

I THINK, on ‘SIR’ MUCH ADO is generated about NOTHING!

NOW COME TO SECOND PART:-

“SIR” has hit the target—hence Muslims, who are illegal immigrants, are getting out of INDIA.

Why?? You have to read the next part below.

Answer is IFA—25!!

The Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025 is a comprehensive new law in India that consolidates and modernizes the legal framework governing the entry, stay, movement, and exit of foreigners. It came into effect on September 01, 2025.

The Act repeals and replaces four older laws:

 * The Passport (Entry into India) Act, 1920

 * The Registration of Foreigners Act, 1939

 * The Foreigners Act, 1946

 * The Immigration (Carriers' Liability) Act, 2000

🔑 Key Provisions and Objectives:

 * Consolidation and Clarity: It merges various provisions from the repealed laws into a single, unified statute for a clearer, streamlined system.

 * Mandatory Documents: Requires all persons entering or exiting India to possess a valid passport or travel document, and foreigners must also have a valid visa, unless specifically exempted.

 * Grounds for Denial of Entry/Stay: Empowers Immigration Officers to deny entry or stay to a foreigner if they are deemed a threat to national security, sovereignty, public health, or foreign relations.

 * Stricter Penalties: Introduces tougher penalties for violations, including:

   * Using or supplying forged travel documents (passport, visa, etc.): Up to 7 years imprisonment and a fine up to ₹10 lakh.

   * Entering restricted areas without authorization or other major violations: Up to 5 years imprisonment or a fine up to ₹5 lakh.

 * Mandatory Reporting and Registration:

   * Foreigners arriving in India must register with the designated Registration Officer.

   * Accommodation keepers (hotels, hostels, etc.), educational institutions, hospitals, and medical institutions are mandated to report information about foreign nationals (guests, students, patients) to immigration authorities.

   * Airlines and vessel operators must share advance passenger and crew data.

 * Bureau of Immigration (BoI): Grants statutory backing to the Bureau of Immigration to manage immigration functions, including visa issuance, regulation of entry/exit, transit, stay, and movement within India.

 * Digital Monitoring: Gives a legal framework to the "Immigration, Visa, and Foreigners Registration and Tracking" (IVFRT) system for comprehensive digital monitoring of foreign nationals.

 * Government Control over Premises: Empowers the Central Government to regulate or shut down premises frequently visited by foreigners if deemed necessary for security reasons or if linked to unlawful activities.

 * Exemptions: The Act and associated orders provide for exemptions for specific categories, such as citizens of Nepal and Bhutan, registered Tibetan refugees, and minority refugees (Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis, and Christians) from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Pakistan who sought shelter in India due to religious persecution.

In essence, the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025 aims to create a Simplified, Streamlined, Secure, and Systematic immigration system in India, with a strong focus on national security and digitized enforcement.

Would you like to know more about the penalties for a specific type of offense under the Act, or the impact on a particular industry like education or hospitality?

AN EXAMPLE:--

DIAMONHARBOUR CONSTITUENCY, WEST BENGAL: ‘BHAIPO’ is elected MP!

As per 2002 Voter list, Hindu Voters were  about7.0 Lakhs, increased to 11.0 Lakhs as per Last Assembly  list (2021).

Muslim Voters: As per 2002 List was about 3.0 Lakhs, and increased to over 8.0 Lakhs as per last assembly list!!

This manipulation by TMC has surfaced!! It has happened everywhere in West Bengal!!!

WHAT EMERGE??

MUSLIMS WHO WILL BE SCREENED OUT OF ‘SIR’ WILL BE TRIED AS PER IFA—25, and will be fined, and jailed first.

Hence—the more intelligent of them, who can earn a living in Bangladesh, or Rakhine—are leaving.

BSF is assisting them, to cross back--, and some Muslim, as well as Hindu organizations are feeding them at the last point of ‘INDIAN BORDER’.

They are not leaving India on empty stomach!

Note: All data are in Public Domain. I have used after cross check.
