In a
major counter-terrorism success, security forces in Kishtwar have neutralised a
Jaish terror module after an extensive operation, significantly enhancing
regional security.
Inspector
general of police (Jammu zone) Bhim Sen Tuti said on Monday that in a joint
operation, security forces have neutralised a seven-member Jaish-e-Mohammed
(JeM) terror module, dubbed the "Israel Group", bringing an end to a
year-and-a-half-long operation in the Kishtwar belt of Jammu and Kashmir.
MISHAPS: -
Air
ambulance from Ranchi to Delhi crashes in J'khand, all 7 on board killed. The
crash occurred after the air ambulance took off from Ranchi airport at about
7.10 pm. The ambulance had lost contact
with air traffic control around 20 minutes after take-off.
In
Nepal, 17 people, including two foreigners, died in a bus accident near
Charaundi in Benighat Rorang Rural Municipality of Dhading along the Prithvi
Highway yesterday morning.

Several
parts of Hyderabad received the first spell of rains for the year on Monday
