Minister for Communications Jyotiraditya M. Scindia has said

civic, village, and green police personnel must be moved to reserve police
lines. While stationed there, they will not be assigned any election

Summer crop sowing has covered over 69 lakh hectares across
the country as of the 17th of this month. The Ministry of Agriculture and
Farmers Welfare today released the data of summer crops. Rice has been sown
over 30 lakh hectares, while pulses cover 15.47 lakh hectares. Coarse Cereals
were sown on nearly 13.81 lakh hectares. The area sown with Oilseeds crossed
over 9.14 lakh hectares.
As two days remain for the end of campaigning for the first
phase of the assembly election in West Bengal, prominent leaders of various
political parties are making last-ditch efforts to woo the voters.

There have
