CASE:
Jai Anant who claims he is close ally of Mahua and knows lot
of her secrets sent an affidavit to CBI.
In affidavit, he mentioned Mahua abused his MP privileges
and collected confidential policy information from parliament proceedings and
gave it to Hiranandani in exchange of money.
She was also paid for raising biased questions against Adani
group,
In this thread, complete details of that affidavit that Jai
Anant sent to CBI is listed below: —
Mahua is fond of luxurious goods which she can’t afford.
Hiranandani gave her, for a service to be provided:
- Costly I phones
- Diamond and Emerald jewellery.
- Scarves from Hermes and Louis Vuitton.
- 35 pair shoes of Salvatore Ferragamo.
- Dozens of bottles of costly French, and Italian wines.
- Luxury cosmetics from Dubai.
- Gucci bags.
- Berluti crocodile leather bag.
- Regular supply of Cash in rupees and Pounds.
2. Hiranandani gave 20000 British pounds in front of Jai
Anant.
3. All MPs have access to Lok Sabha online portal where they
can ask questions and take information.
Mahua shared her Lok Sabha portal username n password to
Hiranandani and Hiranandani used that portal to ask questions and extract
crucial information.
4. Mahua asked 61 questions in Lok Sabha, 50 of them were
directly beneficial to Hiranandani group.
5. In his affidavit, Jai Anant shared details of all those
questions.
6. All this quid pro quo was going on since 2018.
7. In March 2020, Hiranandani gave Rs 75 lacs to Mahua.
8. In May 2021, Hiranandani gave Rs 2 crore to Mahua and
asked her to Target Adani.
9. He gave her furniture and advised his architect to
renovate her flat.
10. In a West Bengal tender, Adani defeated Hiranandani and
due to that he was angry on Adani. He wanted her to pressurise govt to cancel
that tender.
"Bring down Adani"--Hiranandani advised her.
Mahua kept asking questions in parliament that were useful
for Hiranandani’s business interest and kept sharing him confidential information
and in return kept taking money.
Hiranandani was well aware of weakness of Mahua for luxuries
goods, and life style., she was in his pocket.
Mahua has completely rejected all these allegations.
All allegations made by Jai Anant about her are very serious
and further enquiry will tell these are correct or not.
Since he is a close ally, so prima facie, these allegations
can't be rejected.
Also, Darshan Hiranandani has submitted a “HALAFNAMA”, and
has become an “APPROVER”— Halafnama is published by ABP on line.
In Halafnama, he also claimed that Ms Moitra received
support from others in this effort, including journalists, Opposition leaders
and former Adani Group employees, who fed her unverified information. In this
context, he named Sucheta Dalal and a few others.
Mahua, and Jay has a pet dog named HENRY— Last information—Mahua wanted Jay to withdraw the case in exchange of
HENRY.
Also—it is learned, Mahua was trying to file DEFAMATION case—the
lawyer backed out.
We will
know further with time. But the FIREBRAND MP FROM TMC is now in tight corner.
