ELECTIONS IN WEST BENGAL, WERE, AND ARE DIFFERENT FROM ALL OTHER STATES OF INDIA,
SINCE 1971.
I WILL EXPLAIN THE MODUS OPERENDI BELOW:-
A. One, or two days before election:--
1.0 Violence, threat, and Murder
starts by the Goons of Ruling Party.
2.0 The Lumpens, Goons and Harmads of ruling party will have a field
day. They use PETOS (Country made Bombs) to terrorize the area.
3.0 Simultaneously, they will scare
the people who they know will vote for opponents.
4.0 At every locality, Poling Agents
of the opposition party will be hunted out,
beaten severely and sent to hospital. Lower-level leaders and party
workers will be threatened.
5.0 The mid-level leaders and
dominant workers of opposition party will be arrested on some pretext or other by the state machinery.
B. On Election Day:-
1.0 Ruling party uses the Election staff,
including Presiding Officers, and Polling Officers—who are mostly employees of
state Government/ and some PSUs to favour them. They have to follow the advice of Ruling party to
assist CHAPPA VOTES.
2.0 Polling Line is JAMMED since
morning, by the supporters of Ruling Party. Seeing the long “Q” , most of the
neutral persons will go back, only to return later, seeing still a longer line.
Ultimately, they abandon voting, and their votes will be taken care by “CHAPPA”
.
3.0 A few persons will be knifed/
killed; PETOs charged—to create a state of TERROR, in the locality between 8-10
a.m. and will continue till it get desired result. Poling agents of opposition
party will either leave the BOOTH, or forced out. No sensible person will risk
to go to booth in this environment.
4.0 Between 16.00 till end—the booth
will be totally under control of Leaders and workers of RULING PARTY—and CHAPPA
starts. GOONS PROTECT THE BOOTH.
5.0 Observers are selected from
sympathizers of ruling political party,
but employees of State Government. They will issue a report to EC that VOTE was
peaceful.
NOTE--1:-
I myself was polling agent, Presiding Officer, and Observer, in some election,
or other, in West Bengal- from 1969 to 1981, in three elections. I
speak from personal experience, and verified sources. I used to take additional
support of DSP, to keep booth under my
control SANITIZED.
DURING COUNTING:
One can’t manipulate numbers in EVM. But
the Ruling Party goons drive away the Agents of opposition parties. The
Counting Hall got SANITIZED. Then they , after counting, in connivance with the
counting officers, either Post wrong Numbers; or interchange the numbers, in
favour of Candidate of Ruling Party. I explain it further below:-
The limitation of every booth is up
to 1400 number of E -Ballots. This is for keeping Paper Trail, and the size of
a single Paper Roll is about 1500. About 100 are wasted in Demonstration, and
Calibration. It is CUMBERSOME to change
Roll in between Election, and may compromise security of Roll. Suppose there
are three Candidates—A,B, C. Total vote casted is 1000. A got 600, B got 300,
and C got 100. B is Candidate of Ruling Party. While posting, they will post
600 against “B”—and 300 against A. C’s posting remain ACTUAL. Thus—B got 300
more votes against his name. Repeat the process for 50 booths—and B got a
sizeable LEAD of 15,000|- SIMPLE!! This explains how TMC won 66 seats in 2021
within a very thin margin. Those were actually where BJP might have won—who knows!!
MANUAL
This MANUAL was scripted by Mr. S.S.
Ray/ Congress, and applied in 1971 with great success. Congress won with good
margin. That was the last Congress ministry in West Bengal.
This MANUAL was further perfected by
Mr. Jyoti Basu, and CPI (M) during their TENURE of 32 years.
TMC, and Mamata Banerjee adopted the
same Doctrine, and use it RUTHLESSLY. Any amount of BLOODSHED, and MURDER is
acceptable to HER.—and that is how they won assembly election of 2021 with such
a MARJIN!!! Otherwise, the result could be different.
The same was repeated more ruthlessly
during last Panchayet Election. 40 people died, over 200 got injured.-- DATA SOURCE:-- Post panchayet NEWSPAPERs.
And, even in this 2024 election—if
they get a little freedom—HISTORY WILL REPEAT.

POST ELECTION VIOLENCE:
Even violence is continued by TMC
after election. Several opposition party leaders, and workers are either
killed, or forced to leave home. This sends
a warning for next election, as well as

In this election, nda will not get more than 180 seats. It is visible in the tension ridden face of modi and his rampant hate speeches, while EC is seen to be incapable to censure and implement model code of conduct.

DeleteI have discussed of West Bengal only-- much of the things are my personal experience, as well as well documented.
DeleteBy logic, ruling party for Loksabha is BJP. People’s say, ED / CBI actions on opposing parties are doing the same rounds.
ReplyDeleteThere are facts, perhaps missed in the article that many workers from state ruling party have too been killed and/ displaced, near equal the numbers from opposition camps during last assembly and panchayat election.
BJP’s success in 2019 Parliamentary election happened in three counts, 1) TMC’s autocratic and deliberate stand of blocking opposition for 2018 Panchayat election, 2) wholesome support of leftist voters to BJP, and 3) Central government’s bold retaliation against Pulwama blast by Pakistani terrorist over CRPF jawans, resulting nationalist wave favouring BJP.
However, it is not beyond doubt that Pulwama blast was allowed to happen as a deliberate strategic move to create an opportunity to smash over Pakistan.
As far as West Bengal is concerned, BJP lacks in both introspection and due diligence. That’s proved in 2021 assembly elections under central force and observers. BJP Party is yet to earn confidence of electorate as a reliable and caring alternative to TMC. The logic of playing with evm data has little credibility as the machine data remains available for a resonable period for any cross check and that too under the custody of CEC.

DeleteSubhendu Adhikari has tremendous negative impact on bjp in Bengal. His overdrive to criticize Mamata and Abhishek has created worries and apprehension among large chunk of voters whether benefits of duare Sarkar will be stopped if bjp come to power. They are not going to commit same mistake as they did in 2019 election (particularly by left minded voters).
