ELECTION:-- 2024//FORECAST   REFERENCE à   NDA SARASIJ MAJUMDER   The BUGLE call of election is ultimately sounded by GOI. The dates are announced. Many Candidates are already finalized, and declared by both – NDA, and I.N.D.I. group.   NDA is ahead in this race. They have almost sorted out all the alliances, and also the contestants. Most of the DAL-BADLOOS are having only a one way route. I.N.D.I. Association    failed to take   onboard BSP in their team, apart from some other mishaps in a few states.   Including Uttar Pradesh, the I.N.D.I. front will face a division of votes in Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan where the BSP has some vote shares.   BSP will mainly cut opposition votes. This will make BJP+ to have an easy election in these states. For analysis, we divide the States, and U.T. of INDIA   into several groups. GROUP A :--Comfortably winning states (197 seats) - There are some states like Uttar Pradesh(80), Madhya Pradesh(29), Gujarat(26)

BRIHADEESWARAR TEMPLE Thanjavur,  TAMIL NADU SARASIJ MAJUMDER Temple Architecture s an ancient   Engineering knowledge of   India. And it is discussed in details in BASTU SHASTRA. Indians, -- built many temples with grandeur, style, and aesthetically beautiful in the past. This Science, and Engineering has revived, after remaining dormant during   a period 1200 years of MUSLIM, and BRITISH   rule   and domination. Some of the ancient temples remained, and got its rightful place in world heritage site. We will discuss some of them—not covered in our school/ college text books, in this, and separate posts.   SAMUDRA GUPTA महाराज समुद्रगुप्त THE FORGOTTEN GREAT EMPEROR OF INDIA SARASIJ MAJUMDER   Samudra Gupta (died 380 CE) regional emperor of India from about 330 to 380 CE. He generally is considered the epitome of an “ideal king” of the “golden age of Hindu history,” as the period of the imperial Guptas (320–510 CE) has often been called. The son of King Chandra Gupta I and the Licchavi princess Kumaradevi, he is pictured as a muscular warrior, a poet, and a musician who displayed “marks of hundreds of wounds received in battle.” In many ways he personified the Indian conception of the hero. Founder of the Golden Age Period in Indian history in the 4th century AD. Born to King Chandragupt 1st in the year 328. He was chosen as a successor to his father despite having many elder brothers. He was an epitome of a perfect king and ruled for 45 glorious year from 335 to 380 AD. 80   EXPANSION OF KINGDOM: Samudra Gupta apparently had to repress revolts in his first years of rule.

ROHINGYAS— A GLOBAL REFUGEE LEGAL ANGLE OF THE PROBLEM WITH REFERENCE TO INDIA ROHINGYAS are Muslims, mainly resident of Rakhine province on Myanmar. They are driven out by Buddhists en masse from Rakhine. They illegally migrated to Bangladesh, and came to India, again illegally, through our porous eastern border. We will discuss the problem of Rohingyas some other time. Now we discuss problem created in India by their illegal entry. Any Rohingya entered illegally in India, can be   charged under Section 3 of the Passports (Entry into India) Act,  Section 12 (e) for entering and travelling in India without a passport , and valid VISA, and under section 14-A of the Foreigners Act,  for illegal entry into the country. This is, of course, a bailable offence. If bail is not arranged, the accused is detained in CUSTODY for 2 years to 7 years.   This can further be enhanced under Public Safety Act (PSA),  for a period of TWO more years maximum. All above laws are updated, from

PPF Vs. MF INVESTMENT SERIES—PART 3 SUITABLE FOR YOUNG INVESTORS SARASIJ MAJUMDER On this, please refer my blog on MF posted before, for detailed analysis. I am not repeating here. Public Provident Fund (PPF): PPF is a government-backed, Debt oriented scheme designed to encourage long-term savings among   Indian citizens. It offers a fixed interest rate and tax benefits, making it a preferred choice for conservative investors. Features, and Operation: Any INDIAN CITIZEN can invest in PPF. A PPF account can be opened with either a Post Office or with any nationalised bank. I suggest to open your PPF account in a reputed, and solvent Private Bank. My choice is HDFC, ICICI, or AXIS BANK. KOTAK MAHINDRA is very good—but not investor friendly, as per my personal experience. SBI is the sole default choice if you want a PSU BANK. PPF comes with a lock-in period of 15 years, promoting disciplined, long-term savings. Hence, you need an emergency fund before investing to PPF.

WHO IS CORRUPT, ME LORD? SARASIJ MAJUMDER Concept of Electoral Bonds:- The recipient parties could encash these bonds through their bank accounts, with no obligation to disclose the identity of the donor, not even to the Election Commission of India (ECI). Electoral bonds, functioning as promissory notes, were bearer instruments devoid of any buyer or payee information. Advantage of EB:- Electoral Bonds   eliminates generation of BLACK MONEY during ELECTION. Ruling of Supreme Court:- In a recent Supreme Court ruling in the matter of Association for Democratic Reforms & Anr. v/s Union of India, Electoral Bond Scheme (EBS/ Scheme) was declared as unconstitutional, including certain amendments to section 182 of the Companies Act, 2013 (“CA”), amended vide the Finance Act, 2017 as arbitrary and violative of the Constitution of India (COI). The SC ruling does not declare “political donations” per se as unconstitutional or invalid, what is rendered violative of constituti

MAJOR SOMNATH SHARMA Param Vir Chakra,  first recipient GLORIOUS BATTLE OF BADGAM KASHMIR REMAINED IN INDIA SARASIJ MAJUMDER   “Major Somnath Sharma” of Indian Army, is the First   recipient of “Paramveer Chakra” . The 24 year old lad who delivered Kashmir to INDIA   with his one hand on sling, and body oozing blood. As a young boy, Somnath would spend time with his maternal grandfather Pandit Daulat Ram in Srinagar and his favourite pastime was to listen to the Bhagavat Gita. This influence of Krishna’s teachings to Arjun was to remain with Major Somnath till his last breath. This time unfortunately Arjun did not return from the battlefield. The wireless crackled at the Headquarter of 161 Brigade, tasked to protect the Kashmir valley against the Pakistan infiltration in 1947. Amidst the rattle of machine gun fire in the background, the voice of Major Somnath came through the wireless -- “the enemy is only 50 yards from us. We are heavily outnumbered. We are under dev

CAA (PART2)—UN, & USA CAA WAS, IS, AND WILL BE RELEVENT   IN DEMOCRATIC INDIA SARASIJ MAJUMDER   UN, and USA expressed their concern over implementation of CAA in INDIA. It was expected.   EU also may follow suit. Any reformation that removes internal problem of India, is criticized by WESTERN CABALS ,Left Cabals, Secularists, Islamists,   Opposition cum Regional political parties, Purchased Media and some Indians with vested interest. The internal components of INDIA, listed above,   if grouped together--- can be called “CONGRESS ECO SYSTEM”—built carefully to protect the “DYNASTY” over a period of last 70 years. The Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) is a long, and hard felt a necessary window of legislation, to regularise the unprecedented, blood soaked migration that happened due to a QUESTIONABLE POLITICAL   DECISION—that is partition of INDIA. It was, perhaps subcontinent’s darkest geopolitical chapter in its long   history,   executed in a very shabby manner. Reli
